I hate to point this out, dddaver...but...it is because NY keeps moving to Florida. at least, those old enough & wealthy enough to escape.can't really blame them though...
At the risk of being labeled a no good hijacking troll, if you look at a map, the state motto of FL should be "the schlong state". It also is fitting because there seems to be so many dickheads that run the show here.
