Not to old for Unc.

I have standards unlike Unc. 8-80 and no more than 3 days dead.
An old timer mechanic around here used to always say... Anywhere between 8-80, blind crippled or crazy, if the can't walk I'll carry them, nothing over 3 days dead. Lmao that crusty old bastard could tune a Holly carb with a glass of water like no one else.

Hope you feel better Unc! More chili should help and whiskey always works.

So I am waiting for a couple presents for my son. They have been stuck in ohio now for three days. It reminded me of when my son was younger and he bought some toys on Ebay. The tracking kept saying in transit. My son got frustrated and asked my wife "Mom where is Transit City, my transformer has been stuck there for days".

So I finally got my truck back together. Had enough rain and snow days to work on it. But the shifter is loose. So had to take the shifter out. The top cover shifter pin has broken. So now I have to fix that.

Went online to find one and it was $20. A pin that is steel and 1/2" in diameter and 5/8" long. Going to see if I can get one locally. Seem like it is a common wear item since you need to pull it to get the transmission in and out to change the clutch.

Its not like it is space age metal from the stars. Not even anodized to look pretty.
