I think a cop here just got a paper cut. Had three cop cars goes flying by followed by a ambulance and a fire truck. One of those little SUV type trucks. Not a pumper or ladder truck.

Wait a second this all happened to fast… you found out that the house you’ve been renting all these years was needing to be sold had to get out within a month …and then you found another place and that dude was grower friendly …and then you essentially acted as a real estate agent & steered him to purchase the house that you were to vacate in the first place ? and that’s a done deal.? i was just happy to have found someplace i could move to even if it would have been a hassle being that far out of town,i never really imagined it could work out so well and everyone is happy...
my rent is going up a 100 bucks a month,but considering that a decent one bedroom goes for more in this town i can't complain...

It is to bad that Josey had such a hard time at the end. Got so bad he couldn't hardly trim his own stuff. I sent him a spin trimmer. I cleaned it up as much as i could before I sent it hoping it didn't get stolen by the popo in the mail.
