back from my speedy wheedy delivery...dodging rain on the way,but as usual it was raining for two blocks then i got out from under the rain for a while then hit another patch...
feels like a proper fall day,cool and grey....i expect summer 4.0 will start back up any day now though...i blame pickup trucks!

So I weighed my dinner so I could figure out the calories. But the only calories that I found were for raw hamburger. So my numbers will be a little low on the calories since I weighed it cooked. Cooked is higher in calories since some of the water has been cooked off.

But it came out to 1327 calories. The meat was 480 grams and there was some cheese on there as well. 133 grams of cheese.

I eat this twice a day and this is the approximate size I eat each time. I dont weigh it I just fill up the pan about the same. So some where around 26-2700 calories.

At this amount I loose weight steady. So every so often I add in some carbs to slow that down or stop it. But they just make me feel like Unc does. You know like shit.

are you sure that weight loss isn't from your wife hosing you down before allowing you inside?

got 2/3 of this harvest pre-trimmed,time to get some fully manicured,need to have at least a qp ready by tomorrow night,more would be great..it will all go....and i need to be done by tuesday night since i start my work week wednesday

Plants look like the lights just came on or they're happy in that 3.0, including the extras. Nice to see shots before any foliar/IPM application. Yep, all shaved up and ready to blast off.

afternoon campers...busy day,hit the trimming right away,then garden chores and a trip to the bike shop to pick up wheels....time for lunch then getting rooted cuts into cups and back at the trimming
