mornin campers...
chilly today,gonna get fairly cold for here tonight and tomorrow night...worth dragging the space heaters out for...got a couple leds hung up in the main flower room to add some extra heat,and i'll shut down the intake fan later...back to being warmish by monday though...harvest tuesday night,so back to trim jail soon...the stoney's kush looks to be an easy trim at least...
time to bundle up and go run errands...air temp not so bad but there's nasty north wind today
it will be back in the 60's by next week here...
best get something useful done today,think i'll go hang lights in the 4x8 tent and get it ready...only have lights for a 4x6 area but considering i have an 8 inch filter hogging up one corner it should be fine...got 8 gmo and a dat big nasty that will run 12 weeks so i need to get three more plants sized up,but it should be fine since i can wait 2 weeks to put them in...

chilly mornin campers...chilly for here at least,22 last night for a low...almost forgot to turn on the extra lights in the main flower room last night...but i did manage to remember and get the intake fan shut off and the ducts plugged up...temps started to rise as soon as i did that...one more cold night then back to less chilly temps...harvesting tonight so back to trim jail soon enough...

and a rebuilt chris king bottom bracket and rebuilt shimano xt pedals finally installed on the ogre...11 years old now...the frame at least,only the headset is original at this point..

I did things a little differently this time. It's a top feed hydroton pot, not my normal dwc type of hydroponics. But I'm not really seeing a difference between this and the normal set-up.
looks like the 2 areas in the garage did fine with the cold last night...

Is that a sled for sleigh riding that you have your pots in/on? This cluster of stuff has me very intrigued and a bit nervous with that power strip on the ground lol. Are you recirculating nutes or dtw and how often do you have to water a system like that? Nice and chunky whatever your doing, nice work

No, that is the wal-mart special... Intended for kids to go sledding upon. I bought it and several others several years ago when they where put into the clearance isle. Ten dollars a sled and ten dollars worth of fittings(flood and drain) for a $20 flood and drain tray...
The power strip normally sits on the top of the res. But to check the fluid volume in the res and to refill it, the power strip gets moved out of the way and moved back when needed. Some times a picture gets taken some where in between.
It's a recycling system. I have a timer set with 12 cycles per day @ 10 minutes, during lights on.
This is the first run with this set up, like this and it's doing great.

yup,really need to invest in some more leds...but it's already getting kinda late in free cooling season to make it worth it...plus i'm probably taking another stab at a legal job...looks like i can do a smaller craft organics grow coming up right around the time it starts getting warm again and for sure by summer so i can basically shut down here at home...
