I think I might have to try to get my paws on a pack of those Vin/p40 pretty soon here, Hammer. Did you release those? It'd be nice to have something even remotely close to the old school skunk. I know Dankwolf would probably have to agree. He has an RKS revival thread going on here that's pretty awesome. Such a worthy cause, hands down my favorite terps/esters. There's also a dude on YT that's attempting the revival, Kevin Jodrey I think??? People have sent him some of their supposed legit skunk cuts, so perhaps we'll be able to see/smell her again one day. I'd imagine any legit cuts or seeds would be worth their weight in gold, and nearly unobtainable for a chump like me anyway, lol!

Vin was released. I found a bunch of killer plants in that project.. P40 is my keeper from A5haze x (Snowman x Bio Diesel) not released. I have my doubts anything similar to 1980 Skunk will be found again. The genetics that made her have been lost. IMO until many more start putting Sativa/Haze genetics back into the gene pool it will stay hidden.

mornin campers...laundry today,then a hopefully cursing free afternoon sesh of putting the 12 speed drivetrain on the timberjack...i should probably read the derailleur tuning instructions since no doubt it's different from sram in some small and very annoying way...plus the joy of fiddling a cable through the frame then getting the stupid little rubber plugs put back in...plus getting the crank off and dealing with the copper anti-seize stuff which always makes a mess...

harvesting some gmo and chemtini tomorrow after 12 weeks in flower,i used the aptus finaleboost and can see those chem calyx towers really beefed up...the buds seem extra chonky too...then saturday the other half of the main room comes down so another round of cleaning and pot washing coming...

I finally got all keeper cuts rooted using plugs... I took my mister offline and will let that cycle for a few days with a germicidal/bleach mix. If this doesn't kill off what ever is going on nothing will.

often painfully so...but yes,i don't worry too much about pm or bud mold...indeed i would say my best grows are midwinter when the rooms are too cold and dry as a bone

Powdery Mildew is my fucking mortal enemy.. I don’t get bud rot indoors , but PM haunts me..last grow I had it under control thank God..a bad grow and I’m f*cked…margins are so slim I can’t afford that

maybe look into one of those uv light dealys that kills pm to use for a thorough room clean....and baking soda...next time you have the room empty spread it everywhere and let it sit,then clean it up,it has a high pH so it should kill any pm on surfaces and kill bug eggs...

I’ve only had pm once and that was when I unsealed a room one time and tried an exhaust fan.
have not seen it since. And this is with barns surrounded by pm infested peonies and lilacs every fall.

Ok ,but in all your years growing and you only had it once? Find it hard to believe …you can’t be pumping out flawless runs time and time again without any issues …it just doesn’t work that way doesn’t mean I don’t have much respect for what you do…U got a great system down pat…For me it’s about making as much money as possible with as little overhead as possible >>> commercially speaking…also enjoy what i grow for my head as well

i'm 10 days ahead of you on my trop cherry run...

I’m feeling really good at this point in my run. Much better than my previous one.
Instead of slowly turning up my lights over two weeks I cranked em up right at flip and started feeding at like 2.2 and they have stayed much shorter and have more beefy stems. I’m hoping this pays off in larger and heavier buds.

Flawless? Oh hell no. Just no pm.
I chalk it up to the thousands of dollars worth of deheuys I run although I’m still at 70%.
I think keeping it reasonably warm at night helps too.
