Chilling out yesterday around dinner time, smoked 2 joints with shatter, kief, and rosin in it.
was just done smoking when 4 very loud gunshots let off right outside my door! There was a gunfight right outside my apt.!
After a few seconds, I opened my door and looked outside and seen the 2 cars involved and a guy running around in the middle of the road not knowing what to do. He ran to the other end of the street and got into a vehicle and jetted. I knew the cops would be swarming here, so I kept a low profile until they left. Wasnt getting involved with none of that! I was super stoned waiting for the cops to knock but they never did. The neighbor has video cams all over the house so he got the entire street covered.
So they were over there with him watching the video.
I need to move...... 3rd shooting near, or on, my street in 3 years.

mornin campers...fun! it's raining and windy this morning...supposed to riding out to meet this crazy british girl who's out doing the monumental loop on foot...330 miles of desert trails and dirt roads,often deep in the backcountry with sketchy access to water and only an ultra light backpacking kit...
not much else going on today...chore,errands,yadda yadda...

Only a few on my street but within 5 blocks or so in the 9 years here they have shot at least 2 bicyclist dead while riding at night. One dudes step daughter found on his trunk. No idea how many murders but at least 2 in front of the same corner store and one dude shot accross the street. Seen swat team tear apart 2 rentals on my block. So many random drive bys and shooting I have not counted. Arsons. They are slowing down. Running out of crack houses to burn.

The worst I have had here is the pharmacy a 1/4 mile away was broken into. Heard the popo on a loud speaker saying "Shooter put the gun down and let the hostage go". The cops didnt realize there was no hostage. So more proof pot is a bad thing since they were after methadone.
Funny thing was they called my wife for jury duty for that robbery. She didnt get called since she was in the back room of the house with the kids while I was by the entrance doors with a 12 gauge semi auto shotgun.

We dont have to sort our trash. We have the largest auto trash sorting machine east of the Mississippi. Covers 5 acres.
it was a pretty severe drop in value...but then someone from california bought a house here so everyone in the state has to move to south dakota since the real estate values are insane...
we have like a bazillion acres of empty desert land instead...just dig a big hole,fill it up,and move on once it's full
feeling lazy today...supposed to go ride out to great the runner who is just about done with the 330 mile monumental loop....but it's really frickin windy out...means a solid hour of fighting the wind to get out there...

My neighborhood is nice and quiet. Except for the periodontist that lives in my cul de sac. Dude is straight up weird. I’ve seen him outside doing yard work at midnight...planting bushes, fertilizing roses...all kinda stuff. And he’s yard always looks horrible. I don’t think he knows what dafuq he’s doing! 
He also works out in his driveway only wearing a pair of speedos...using these rubberband tension things. It’s funny AF!
He knocked on my door one day and invited me to the neighborhood crime watch meeting! I woulda went but the guy who is in charge of it, used to be my ex wife’s boss. And she most certainly told him what I do! He doesn’t know I live in his neighborhood now. Lol.
If I showed up to that meeting, he’d probably have the whole neighborhood watching my house. It would be horrible!

If you bring snacks, talk, and will pick what music is playing occasionally, that price is about right.
I got one of those, and it pissed me off. The homeless line up to sort through my garbage and recycle barrels. They shove garbage into the recycle container while they tunnel into the other barrel.
Sometimes if I don't put the barrel out the night before, they come right up to the side of the garage and haul it out to the street.
There are homeless everywhere now. Under all the bridges, in tents along the rivers and streets, and they pile garbage all over
I keep track of sun spot activity, and have for years. Ive been concerned about large sunspots taking down the grid and frying electronics.
What Ive noticed recently is that there is no sun spot activity. Should be ok right?
Not according to several scientists. Evidently those keep the upper atmosphere warm and at a stable temperature. Evidently it is cooling very rapidly now.
What Im hearing is that this is very serious, and will soon be in the main stream news and it progresses. Within two years, some are predicting a 35 degree drop, and people in mass, moving toward the equator.
I called my dad ( He is a scientist with many titles and 4 or 5 colleges under his belt). He was already aware of it, but thinks that the temperature decrease will not be that extreme.
