mornin campers...with all this bad news lately i guess it's time to start encouraging everyone to get physically active...you don't need to go insane like me and buy a fleet of bikes...i got started with just walking,even just 15 minutes a day will have benefits,and you will be surprised by how much you notice about the place you live just by slowing down and not being in a car....
the important thing is to get moving...

I’ve come to the conclusion it don’t matter if your in shape or not. When it’s your turn it’s your turn. Not saying your turn won’t come sooner if your 50 pounds overweight.
Man #peopleunderthestairs is doing it up on IG with the auctions. He’s up to #49 or 50 now. Really some great genetics to wish I could buy them all. Please help him make this BIG for Dan. Buy some seeds

took my own advice and went for a ride along with the errand i needed to run...turned a 4 mile round trip into 18.5 miles,a good bit of that on dirt...

in case any of you were wondering what my laundry/grocery/hauling rig looks like...
my trusty ogre with a B.O.B. trailer (beast of burden) a 95 liter tough tote and of course i can run panniers on the rack if need be,and of course the good old wald basket up front even if doc thinks it's goofy for some reason can hold a bunch of stuff and even more can be crammed into the frame bag...the trailer is just big enough to hold a bale of medium which is about the maximum load the trailer can handle...
