mornin campers...off to go pedal around for like 6 hours...hopefully the recent rain packed the sand down and its not a giant muddy mess up on the mesa...hopefully we're getting an early enough start to avoid the wind,i'm not even really sure where we're going except in a general sense...

I finally got the last of the hideout chopped this morning...
Been working my ass off between chopping and bucking off every fan that I can see the stem of.
I cut all the branches to a manageable length, while trying to leave a hook on each end..
Then I moved them indoors to the dry room with the de-huey running at 50-55% RH.
Oh did I mention I had to do all this in the drizzle and rain?
Fucking rain! A couple girls wanted to go a few more days, but it's gonna rain all week...

long ride today...group of like 8 people all together,we had almost a dozen but there was another group that went on a slightly shorter ride....although we ended up catching them even after a fairly long break and longer route...good group to ride with...good pace all day and the freedom to crush pedals for a while....roads were in pretty good shape so it was easy riding...
