This is old news, months in fact. The warrant was given through lies by an informant, and the cops tried to cover up by planting 3 oz in her house. And wonder of wonders - they can't locate the source "informant" and aren't even sure now that he existed.

Law Enforcement will do anything and everything to insure that they keep their funding for their jobs.

In the US, we don't have to give anyone a reason for owning a gun - it's our right to do so. And it's our right to blast away at anyone coming into our house uninvited. If someone kicks in my door they have a death wish.

Notice that I did not mention anywhere about blasting away because of hating cops - get a grip - she lived in an inner-city heroin/meth neighborhood where everyone carries heat out of neccessity to survive. Must be nice to grow up all sheltered and shielded from the real world.....

Personally i think they all involved from captin to recruit should leave the force unpaid be charged with break and enter, faulse warrents, murder/ manslaughter for ALL, dep lib of the dealer, planting drugs, and then make a puplic appoligy to the family with compensation in the millions.

Look, these cops where dirty as they come. No one has the right to kick down someones door as they did. Yes, they had a warrant, but it was obtained under false pretense. Yes, the women was very old and had a pistol. In the area of her home. I would want my grandmother who is turning 93 this year and living along to have one. It's her god given right in the USA, but i would make sure it was one that she could handle and i would take her out to the range for some training. This is "ONLY" if she lived in a super bad area and she does not. All the info is in all the news paper articles. This was one BS bust that was totally wrong. Nothing but lies and illegal stuff done. These guys are doing time and if someone kicked in my door. Well, it would be good. Just my option on the subject. NO, i have not left any Neg Reputation for anyone, because i believe it is their right to their own option.

I've been to 15 different countries. I've got friend in about all type of law enforcement. Yes, they all sold drugs back in the day. They tell me just about every dirty deed from spitting in coke samples to get them to weight out more. To fishing with FLIR in the county chopper and profiling down the highways. So, I know for a fact how some of these assholes work. These are guys i've know since about K grade and i'm in my late 30's now. You don't like my post, tuff. One of the cops who plead out was also involved in another raid 2 months before this shooting. It was a bullshit raid on another old lady based on a CI's word and it turned up nothing. This one is now under investigation.
