Whether profit for the State or Feds or profit for private corporations, it's all the same thing.

Prison labor/slave labor - all the same when it comes down to it.

What upsets me is prisoners in for possession of MJ - families split up, jobs lost, reputations dragged thru the mud - all in the name of the War on Drugs. Tell me, how does society benefit from the way it treats persons who use MJ? What is the total of unmeasured societal harm done as a result of our draconian drug laws?
