Yea can you place some kind of reference next time you take some pictures?

And I have to ask you something, how do you do with the trimming team? Do you just let them in and let them know where the grow is? Or do you blind them some how on the way to your place? I would be scare as phuk to let someone know where the grow is. Sorry if you already answer it some where in the thread.

Btw magnificen grow! You are a true garderner and a inspiration for us all.

I put trust in people, pretty lucky if you get to work with me. Most dont what to fuck it up.

Looking killer! I heard the smoke from forest fires has been devastating herb crops in the triangle. Is that true?

Just heard this bit of news last night. Soot and smoke damage. I imagine there will be insurance to protect these types of things eventually. Insurance for everything else.

Badass, mendo! Gardens are looking very uniform and healthy. Lots of tops, thats for sure! Feels good this time of year, pride in what you've accomplished so far. For a short period you watch and wait... :smoke:

& pilots never need advice on fixing planes. schrews plants look less under watered then his but still look under watered compared to perfectly healthy plants.
My plants were underwatered for a couple weeks but now they get 60-80gallons per 800 per day. Mendo420 how much water do your girls get now?

I think they look fine. those Blue Dream x Skywalkers are giant. The Blueberry is not as big but still looks healthy, not underwatered IMO. and those are not supposed to get big anyway. We are going for quality over quantity here

props Mendo! crushing it with 24 plants every year. I triple-planted most of mine cuz i dont have total confidence in my skills yet, unlike you and for good reason.

aircraft mechanics fix planes. pilots act fly, correct. so no pilots do not need advice on how to fix planes as thats not there job. i should know better than to engage . clearly mendo doesn't need your advice and i,m sure he will correct me if i,m wrong.

enjoy the thread ...... its act one of the better ones around

Its all about strains.

As a cannabis breeder, I have a strategy.
I have several goals in my breeding program.
I have lots of projects I'm working on.
I have some 30+ males in the woods and I got 1 bad ass out of it.

This year I'm working out strains, lots of new ones.
No one has ever grown many of them. Some winners some not.
Testers before release, if they make the cut. Most wont.
Other strains were grown to see if there are any traits I wanted to incorporate into the program.

Some strains have the potential for MEGA plants, others just large plants. I do the hard work so others can reap the rewards, That is why I sell seeds.

I had to replace 5 plants in this garden because they did not make my cut.
I replaced plants all the way into the 3 week of July, because I do what I want and I can.

Sure the plants could be bigger, but that is not the goal this season.

Quality boutique cannabis is the goal, rare strains that are different than your normal. shit that tests over 25% THC.
I think of the cross and make it happen, its a long process that takes years.

It amazing to see the difference in all the strains.
This garden has 23 different strains this year.
Its going to be one great taste test over here come November.
My own cannabis cup, that all my friends are anxiously awaiting.

Its a constant learning experience. I've been doing this for some time now and am successful because of my genetics and hard work.

Next year I'm going to run this garden different.:dance013:

One question if you don't mind answering Mendo,

At what point in have you seen the best plants to container space? Some of your 400's look nearly the same size as the 800's (which I'm sure is only a photo illusion).

I need bigger pots next year, and obviously semi loads of dirt and amendments are a huge investment . I'm leaning towards 68 plants in 400's.

The 400's do almost as good as the 800's. I like the 800's.
