No it's the southern US. For those that don't know, marijuana is really frowned upon in the southern bible belt. There is no leniency down here. One plant is considered One pound of finished product. Some kid was caught with One plant growing in his closet and was arrested and not even allowed a bond! It sucks!

Customers in Tier 5 currently pay almost 50 cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh), compared to 11.9 cents for Tier 1 (baseline) usage. Under PG&E's new proposal, the top rate that customers would pay—in Tier 3—would be 29.8 cents per kWh.
So lemme get this straight. The more you use the more expensive it is? That is my kind of business model. How do I get into the energy business in cali? The carolinas are around 8 cent per kWh.... Isn't alternative energy cost effective at those rates?
