How many lights and other devices are you envisioning?Thats a crazy amount of power I think your overestimating a bit.

Well I'm thinking a 1500 sq. Flower room with 55wpsf so 82,500 watts in lights in flower.

And a veg/mother/clone area at 750 to 1000 sq. With around 30 or so 630w cdm fixtures.

And ventilation, air conditioning, and office space. Etc so I'm thinking at 240v, I need at least 500 amps just for lighting.

Basically I have a partner who is putting up the dough for a level 2 facility for Ohio's medical program.

He's into construction, and is going to build the facility exactly as needed. We need solid floor plan to present to the powers that be

Personally I would divide your project up into three or four sections, one veg/mother section and then two 40k flower rooms or three 30k flower rooms(plus sections for storage, drying, etc). It will divide up the work load, it gives you harvests every three weeks to a month depending on the rooms and plants grown, will be easier to control and will make problems easier to deal with.
On the power front 80-90 Gavitas will need about 500 amps if you want to use only 75% of the power available but with the master controller you avoid those inrush problems as the EC2's keep the Gavitas in standby even when the lights are off.
Your going to need at least 30 tons of AC if your going to do one room but if you divide it up you may be able to get away with half that and have a professional HVAC put in that can be diverted from room to room. Humidity will also be a killer and I can't even imagine how much your going to need but if you have an idea of plant counts and the amount of water you plan on using the Quest site will give you a better number of units.
Good luck a project like this is a lot of work and personally I would either talk to guys who are doing big numbers or a consultant. May cost you upfront but it will save you a few headaches you may not have thought of
