I grew up listening to that tune and I'll admit it's ringing home for me now. I do think I've over-reacted and wish to offer an apology to those I have offended. I try to keep ideas and personalities separate and I've let that slip. I was raised being very competitive, to a fault, and I haven't been keeping my paws busy enough so I've been stickin my nose in places where it does not belong. The only real competition that is of a great concern of mine is to legalize this plant and it is just my view that we need every grower as productive as possible to achieve this, but I need to stay more focused on my own affairs.

I don't believe pretending/making everything positive because often it is a means of avoiding conflict. Staying positive does seem to reduce the amount of conflicts on the other hand though. I feel ashamed of certain actions of taken lately as I'm reminded of how helpful positive people were when I first began growing. I don't mean to cut others down with passive-aggressive communication, but when it seems prevalent, it makes sense to speak likewise... And I need to rise above that even if it means keeping my mouth closed.

Again I will say that some false accusations were made by you D9 and others regarding my intent to understand certain concepts while you guys thought I was someone trying to create my own "system" to sell to the masses. When you, D9, made the statement that your understanding of the PPK is not in question, that was a means of avoiding conflict. Whether you'll admit it or not, I've seen many changes to the PPK and it's theory of operation. You know I'm more interested in the theories and methodology and I now know your more interested in selling whatever it may be that grows plants. Thanks again for sharing your passion and I truly appreciate the compassion as well. -catman

i don't think that there is a "bad" way to grow. if you can make it through a grow and get some relief then you have done a great job.

therefore i am not "against" any method and i do not think in that context at all.

the ppk is not for sale, i consider it to be a simple common sense resolution to a set of problems using known existing principles.

it belongs to the people!

no single element in this design has not been used elsewhere.

it is the first time that these elements have been applied together into a single coherent device.

the original thread shows the evolution of the thinking and the sustained input from a lot of people.

this is truly a group effort, done here on icmag in real time right in front of the world. and it ain't done yet!

i would love to see you build one and just try it once!

the straight ppk with no deviations like i have built in my little veg chamber.

but whatever way you choose i wish you luck and peace and i hope you find what you are looking for!
