600 watt - super lemon haze - romulan cross - 1776

Going to be building a cabinet or two, start working on my perpetual setup options, now that the weather is going to be getting cooler I can move the grows to the garage versus being indoor.

Will keep my veg cabinet inside, setup 2 600w 4x4 cabinets next to each other in the garage which will allow me to pull every 30 days once setup fully.

9 plants in each flower cabinet, push hard for 2 zips per plant. I think getting 2 zips per plant under a 600 watt is more than possible, don't you?

might be hard unless you give adequate veg time and it's always strain dependent; maybe try coco instead of soil to increase yields as well

start vegging now because it can get hot fast... past year had a cool spring but that's not always the case... i'm going for one large crop in my garage and then a preveg for early spring outdoor

tents may be better than building your own as you'll have to take them down or not use them in the summer anyways... my homemade cabs don't store

Did a quick "odor test" on all my girls tonight. MAN O MAN do a ton of these girls smell tropical/fruity. Strong pine on some of the rom crosses with a bit of pepper undertones. Still trying to place some of them.

The super lemon haze still has more to go than all of the other girls being a bit longer flowering it seems. Can't wait to see how her scent ends up growing into.

My favorite odor wise is from my "1776 girls", reason why I bred them like I did. I think they just smell AMAZING. Those in the central valley will soon be able to get "1776 cuts" from their local dispensary in the coming months as well. Feel free and post which club you go to so I can be sure and get my clones in there if you want to check this cross out or anything else I end up growing for that matter.

Will give a solid smoke report on all the girls that make the culling process, trying to weed out any weak girls and only keep the strongest of each cycle. Allow me to only run top shelf girls and toss the rest. Get rid of the hype but keep the high so to speak.

Still within their first 30 days of flower but white hairs are packing on, the one pot with 3 in it is showing deficiencies so I am going to feed that pot a bit more. Should have done that to begin with BUT wanted to see how much more 3 in 1 drank than 1 in 1.

1776 = federation romulan keeper female x f1 keeper male of ( white rhino keeper female x ducksfoot keeper male)

I know people will want this cut simply for the smell it puts out but trust me the smoke is amazing stuff. Can't wait to show finished bud shots and macro shots once done.

Also going to get some bubble bag runs going and see what clubs want some of that as well. Next thing will be to make seeds and give them up for auction to help with the server fund and allow for people to test the 1776 crosses out and tell me their thoughts.

We are just coming up to 30 days of flower right around the corner, still testing yields on the 1776 as well as the other crosses for that matter.

Will find out in a bit over 30-40 days though. Give or take time to hang/dry

The cool part is, with the 1776 I have a few pine romulan phenos, love the pine romulan AND a couple fruity ones that came from the rhino/ducksfoot.

The one in the tan pot I decided to name "white kong". From all of her sisters she is the only drastically different one. Huge hairs, multi branches compared to the others + has a hashy/haze odor to it that nothing in my cabinet has. Either a diamond in the ruff or all looks but no taste, soon we will see.

I will also get some dry bud shots after about a month or so, make sure to get shots of all the different strains and phenos.

Will do a smoke report on all of them and let everyone know who was able to stick around as keepers and most importantly WHY.

With so many different odor variations between them all I have no clue which I will keep until the potency test gets done after a good month or so of cure.

Already have clones rooting and getting ready to start vegging for the next cycle to get started. Going to be able to veg for over a month and am looking at either 3 gallon or 5 gallon pots. Hell, whatever pot is available is the size it will be. Not going to top them until I see 8 alternating nodes.

My thought

16 main branches x 9 plants = 144 branches minimum

Just going to shoot for an even and FILLED canopy.

Now we are in 30 days!

The one in the tan pot looks to be more and more white widow. My buddy gave me romulan and white widow seeds. I think this one snuck in the bunch, looks like his old white widow cross SO I am happy to have more strains than assumed.

So the line up is this

1776 - White Rhino (f) x Ducksfoot (m) x Federation Romulan (f)

White Kong - Local white widow cross of my buddies, special looking lady

Super Lemon Haze - Greenhouse girl, sativa pheno waiting on grow time estimates.

Romulan - My buddies romulan, I think these are the next generation romulans. Smell is AMAZING, different from the federation romulan for sure. That is a good AND bad thing though, fed romulan is f-in great!


The next 30 days will allow me to get these cuts grow times, take cuts, sell em to the clubs that want them.

Got 2 4x4 tents on their way, these girls will do well in a 4x4x6.5 tent with a 600 hps above their heads. I have string, I bend them over to keep them pretty much the same height as far as the larger buds go.

My next run will have 6 or 9 plants total per 4x4 tent. Once I get another 600w light and gear, I will have the two flowering tents running perpetual!!!!

Stoked to soon be able to pull every 30 days, how great will that be!!!

No more being without medicine in between cycles.

Just got 2 4x4x6.5 tents for super cheap. Once I get my flower and veg tents setup I will take pics of everything. I hate moving plants that are already in flower BUT within the tent I can reduce the odor they are boosting out in my apartment. Carbon scrubber is needed with or without a med card. Worried more about assholes trying to take my almost done meds. People are crazy these days.

Either way, will get some shots once I get the tents all put together. Need to get some beers, that always helps when trying to put shit together.

i'd run 4 in each 4x4 tent; that way you'll have extra to have moms; play with seeds; get a good preveg going; clones; etc... without going over your limit... also growing trees is more fun and rewarding especially if you're concerned about numbers... sog is cool but to do it on a large scale the numbers get massive fast and it's sort of pointless to do in a smaller space if you have a larger room that is being unused in the process... i run 6 per 3x6 space under 2 600s myself

Thinking of doing a vertical in one, seems a great tent for a 1200 watt vertical as well. 2 600 watt hps's in a single double cool tube style of setups. Or even cheaper, free hanging and then just focus on exhausting the heat and would allow me to move each light independently of each other up or down.

update on the grow,

going to take pics soon, they are starting to pack on weight, going to end up done somewhere around the end of the month depending on the strain.. I estimate anything close to a 60 day strain will be done around the end of the month and I am going to be giving the longer flowering girls as many weeks as they need.

Going to veg my girls for the month to get some decent growth and then toss them straight into the current area once most or all of the girls get cut.

Thinking of then revegging all of my current girls to use as moms for the time being. My next grow is going to be solely yield I think...

The "White Kong" that I have going seems to be the clear winner in that aspect BUT want to see how she smokes. Yield up and down the stocks are great on the white kong nothing wispy at all.

The 1776 girls have smells ranging from pine (romulan) to some amazing fruity odor to it (ducksfoot/rhino). I know the romulan was backcrossed to the rhino (federation romulan that is) but I do believe the romulan pine odor is pretty unique and the romulan never really had that "Rhino" sweetness. I feel like I have a bit of both worlds and the yields of the ducksfoot to boot.

I will start my water only reg in a couple weeks on most of the girls but am going to let the super lemon haze go a bit longer, she was the first to want more food. I overfed my girls (tip burn and then some) but she took it like a champ, everyone just fattened up for the most part.

Going to start adding molasses soon as well, love what it does to the finished product.

Little update,

going to be taking new pictures this weekend once I get the time.

One girl looks to almost be done which puts her around 45-55 day range flower wise, yield is great so I am happy to have a solid and fast finisher. I will see if she decides to put out some new hairs and get another growth burst or not though.

The super lemon haze is still packing on hairs as is the white kong. The 1776 and romulan crosses are still packing on weight and odds are will go a bit around 60+ days.

I am shooting for MORE amber, more narcotic, medicinal versus day smoke. Will let them all go a bit longer than I normally would. Will for sure help with the back and sleep issues.

Will get some close macro shots posted up in my next update.

To answer a question you posted a few posts back...

I'd run an aircooled 600w in a 4x4 tent to keeps the temperatures steady. I would grow 9 plants (3 rows of 3) from either seed or rooted clone. Veg for 21 days, switch to flowering and finish in 5 gallon buckets of good soil. I'd let them grow normally, and trim lower offshoots. Topping would be a good idea if you had sativas.

I don't think 3oz/plant is a bad target bringing in a total 1.68 lbs. If you had a good phenotype or some great F2's, I think this is possible. Tons of fresh air or CO2 would be needed as well.

I like the fruity over the peppery and skunk, not that I don't enjoy those as well.
