yea, over the whole thing.
the roots are coming out the bottom of the 3 gallon buckets all ready and i have 50 days to go. i dont want root bound plants in the final 2 weeks.

how do i start SOG once they are already in the first week of 12/12?

how many plants do you grow in 1 gallon bags?
how much light?
do you veg under flo for 1 week or 2 and then just flower?

i did some major lower branch triming last night. it was so hard to eliminate that many shoots. i know that if im going to try and grow this many plants the lower stuff is going to have to go. still i felt bad getting rid of potential buds. the tops will love me though. feedback?

definetly kusheater1.
im set with 11 plants. 10 are Northern Lights from clone and the other 1 is a female big bud seed from amsterdam.
im hoping for one big cola from the big bud female.
the canopy is all even now because i supercroped the biggest tops and put the smaller plants on stilts.
now i have an beautiful even canopy of new buds at day 10.

its exciting to finally see just how many buds i got going. im not going to use a chicken wire screen like i perviously thought.

its just that i like that they are easy to move now and i feel the SOG would really make them to much like one giant unit.

First, I have a 400 watt system, not 600, But that said....

I don't think you have enough room for 10 plants. Look at my grow pictures in my grow threads in my signature below. I may be a new grower of weed but I have learned a lot.

The picture you see below is my grow the other day. The grow space is 38" from left to right as viewed. The enclosed grow space is 9 feet from the wall behind the plants to wall behind me. 8 fooot ceiling. Lots of space but 400watts meant only 4 plants. Since I vegged too long I got plants that ended up with 2 over 4 feet tall and 2 that are just under 4 feet tall. those are 4.5 gallon pots they are in now in the below picture.

So how many plants you planning on having in a 2 foot wide space after looking at mine? And is that 600 going to reach 6 feet wide?

do you think i will get enough wattage to the 10 30" plants in 3 gal buckets for a 6x2 area under 600 watts digital? remember. 55 days more to go.

i was thinking about a new wide style refector but instead im doing an area of 4' x 2 1/2'. 11 plants in 3 gallon buckets. they look great at day 9 and im ready to get my other room going next week (400 watt digital).

I'll be following your grow. I am going to redo my grow area completely this summer to be ready for fall when temps go back down. I'll be chopping my plants in a week or two. I may let my new ones veg under my 400W HPS until I know if I am going to be able to place them outdoors.

It'll be interesting to see how yours does. It's always educational to see how other people do things IMO

so? what do we think? i want to use dry ice for co2 supplements. feedback?
ive super cropped a few of the tallest shoots and i plan to add some type of branch support in the next week. any ideas?

day 15 and i gave them the first nutrient treatment.

i mixed equal amounts (30ml) of sweat leaf, alg-a-mic, and top max bloom stimulator into 5 gallons of ph filtered water.

i know that this (30ml) is not even half strength but because im mixing three different nutrients i thought id go easy.

please, let me know what you think about this addition?

also, im going to buy a block of dry ice soon. when is a proper time to add co2? week 3?
