No mites here friend, just thrips... please don't wish those fuckers on me! ha ha... I've had mites wipe out a crop at another location though. I much larger setup. This is like a micro-grow in comparison. We do what we can with what we have though, right?

I couldn't get Spinosad locally, so I got Azamax. It took about a week or two, but I got all the thrips. I both dipped the plants into 1g water w/ 10ml azamax, and soaked the coco with the solution after dipping the plants in it. I found that spraying it wasn't completely effective. I soaked the coco 2 more times for good measure. Now I'm going to make Neem part of my feeding regime to prevent future pest problems.

headinthetrees, have you tried feeding your plants Neem Oil? Might be worth a shot.

The UNremarkable bagseed sister... These are clones of a plant I ran before from the same seeds, which I wasn't impressed with, and why I didn't clone the other plant. oops...

Who has some time to spray some spinosad in my veg room? I got some Monteray Garden Insect Spray yesterday, but I haven't got around to spraying it... And I can't at least for a few hours, maybe a few days. FML...

Now that there's some more space in the flowering room, I've added 3 plants, 2 phenos of StrawD x ChemD bx1. :dance013:

Thanks darwinsbulldog. I just took down the purp plants last night. Well, half of them anyway, the other half are sitting in the dark waiting for me to have time to get my hands all sticky with purp goodness. There's still a few white pistils, but the trichs are starting to turn amber, and I prefer an up buzz.

Thanks Ribsauce. I just loaded up the flower room. 3 Straw D x ChemD BX1, 3 Cinderella 99, 4 purp, 4 grape skunk. Shortly I'll be ordering new ballasts+lamps, so I'll be running two digital 600's. :) Get ready for the show to begin.

Here's the room, freshly loaded. I've finally grown enough plants to fill it up! From now on things will be bumpin over here. :)

I got 6oz purp and 2oz bagseed. That gives me a gpw of .25. Terrible. The problem mostly was the plant. My purp strain sucks on yield. Absolutely terrible. Same setup + more or bigger plants is the way to go. I've dropped down to just a 600w Ushio w/ a lumatek ballast. The temps are too hot for the other 600w. I've upgraded my ballasts. :D The CMH is nice, but I just wasn't impressed enough to keep running it. I'm much happier with my digital 600's. When I have them both running, the light is blinding. I highly recommend them.

So right now, just one lamp completely surrounded. GPW is gonna go through the roof. I'll take a shot if I have time later.

Strains flowering: Straw D x ChemD BX1, Grape Skunk, Sugar Cane Kush, C99, Sour Bubble, and purp. My temperatures stay between 75-82, running a single 600w HPS USHIO on a lumatek. I have some serious airflow too for my space.

Glad you updated thread bro ... sometimes its really difficult to get alot of looks or posts. Dont give up though bro just keep updating and you will pick up followers as you go. Im interested in vert grows so Ill be watching.

Would your temps be able to handle the additional CMH for flower? I also run Dual-spectrum and notice the CMH's run a lot cooler then 400W HPS or a 600 of course.

Also, I'm more a lurker then a poster these days but I've been subscribed and am watching quietly in the corner.
