58N Europe Outdoor Guerilla Grow

T

The_Core

Wont be able to plant in ground until June 1st and has to be out of the ground by September 15th.

Looking for some strains that outdoor growers here have personally grown around 58N

Potency and Mold resistance are the biggest factors.

If you have personally grown strains at or damn near 58N and it will for sure be out of the ground by mid september please let me know what strain you ran. Still trying to locate some strains for 2014. My first Guerilla Grow.

This is excluding autoflowers. I know autoflowers cant be started indoors and moved outside and flowered out well before september.

I have heard Leb27 is a good one. So what else? Thanks everyone!

I'm at 44N so I have a little longer of a season than you do, but these strains below will work just as well for your lat because I finish a month or two before expected anyways.

THE CHURCH

GUERRILLA GOLD #3

The Church is perfect for wet and rainy climates, plus a fast finisher for the amount of weight she puts out.

GG#3 is a very fast finisher and is also mold resistant. This one has some ruderallis in it though, so if you plan on starting them inside (like you should do with all strains) you should mimic your areas sunrise/sunset times in your room. Normally this will be 15 on 9 off, but expect slower growth. This is well worth the patience though, as you will yield half as much on a plant that hits flower, re-vegges, then goes back into flower.

This is such an underrated factor of the guerrilla game. It's very important to pay close attention to this or you'll find yourself scratching your head like I did 2 years ago! Lots of hard work for nothing but a good learning experience.

edit: This goes for mothers youre taking cuttings from as well ^ if you take a cutting off of a 18/6 mother, that cutting will remember the light schedule and won't respond as well to the change in schedule. I'm dedicating a space to my outdoor girls this week in which I'll be popping future mother seeds that I'll take my outdoor cuttings from (15/9 light schedule). There's a good thread on this it's the 2nd sticky from the top in the outdoor thread called "preventing early spring flowering with clones"

You can find The Church on Attitude under Greenhouse Seeds, while Guerrilla Gold is a little harder to find. PM me if you would like to know, I like to keep it on a need-to-know basis lol

Yeah, GG#3 will be perfect, leb27 will be fast too. You could try also Danish Passion ( faster than normal , more potient and better mold resistance)

I am running some Auto diesel ryder crosses that are going out in May.

Also running royal dane and a leb27 cross

I know HFH has some great gear. I am 58N and it is pretty far North so anything past mid september will most likely be lost.

proven Nordic strains are mostly what i am working with. And early flowering Danish strains as well.

So Autos and early flowering extremely mold resistant strains.

Those sounds like nice strains. This years grow was a huge success. Over 1500 grams dry. I grew a combination of reg photo plants that finished early and some fast finishing autos that have been bred for years up north Finland.

I had cows eat some plants, and rippers take 10-13 I cant remember now how many it was.

But I had big success. When your posts get up hit me up on PM I can give you some info.

EDIT: The Church may not finish in time for you, a little late but I just saw this thread get bumped and I wanted to clarify for future ref.

Mine finished in early October and could've still had some time to finish out senescence. GG #3 would still be ideal, pretty much anything from Hybrids From Hell. Blue Widow is also another consideration, as it finished the earliest out of all my girls right around mid September

The Church would finish just fine for you brother, I'm at 43N and it finished early October :tiphat:

edit: it's more of a quantity > quality strain though, so it depends if you're going for commercial or for head sack really

Thanks for all the great info and responses. I have neglected my account here at ICMAG. Busy year for me. Family, school, growing. But now things have settled down a bit. You can view my ICMAG photo gallery for some pictures from this years grow. I am already preparing for next year. Thanks to a friend of mine in Finland I am growing about 10 different auto-flowers with varying potency and effects. Plus a good handful of reg photoperiod plants that finish rather early. HFH strains, Royal Nepal, Some others as well. I have around 20 bags of soil at my spot and i have to move another 40-60. The raised beds that have plenty of soil help keep the roots moist and cool when the rain doesn't come.

I decided instead of using grow bags for the photoperiod plants I will just make beds for those as well, grow bags seem to dry out so fast and restrict root growth. And they do not blend in with the surrounding vegetation. Lets hope next year is more successful then this one.
