6 zips per plant is doable with the SD ... i got 11 off 2 plants 5 plus feet tall in 5 gallon buckets of FFOF . and that was my first run of any plant in many years . its in my sig ... check it out .

notice how your plants are all spread a part. that's why you got 11 of 2 plants. his are all jammed together...which won't allow any light to get to the side branches or under branches. he'll get a bunch of larf(good for hash), and prolly a nice 2-3 oz of top triple a bud colas per plant.

I believe 6 zips off a plant, because I've personally seen it, but you couldn't fit 9 of those plants under one light!

ive never grown this particular cut of sour d and ive never grown 5 foot plants...so im totally guesstimating...
however, ive grown 3-4 foot plants and got over 2.5 ounces on sum under 600w..
so i figure with a 5 foot plant...and 1k watt lights 3 per should b do able...considering im also using co2...
the thing im trippin out on is...like 4 of the plants r just monsters and even the side branches r fillin out fat for 32 days... these r gonna b sum heavy yielders...if you look at the video i just posted u can see the side branches good...

^^^Dude, I said that afoaf gets around 3#s per 2000 watts of light, not 3#'s off 1k!!! That's just ridiculous..I know you're on that kush, and probably didn't read the whole thing though...All positive vibers over here bruddah

I think due to the use of 1000 watt lights and CO2 we r gonna be pulling at 65 days...
theoretically the use of CO2 speeds up maturity and production...so as sum ppl would need 70 days or mayb a little bit more...i think 65 is gonna work for us..
ive been looking at the crystals under the microscope and they seem to be goin good...sum r already starting to rise and swell

be patient bro, co2 or not, bring those babies to atleast 70-75 days, trust me. by the looks of the pics she needs alot more than 10-15 days. Ill grow the ECSD untill she looks completly DONE, then go another 10 days.

I am getting ready to throw sme ecsd into flower soon, and all the reading I have done says pulling early means a short lived buzz. 77-84 average 80 is what I have come up with from some masters of this plant. Looking good but please do yourself and others a favor and pull her when shes ready.

this cut in particular, 10 weeks would b max...
ppl have different versions...and i think under 1000's with co2 10 weeks is enuff..
im at day 53 and i think 2-2.5 weeks will be fine...the trichomes should b nice and cloudy by then..
u cant compare a co2 grow vs a non co2 grow...

These are all untrained or topped plants, right? How short do you think you could have kept them by training/topping and do think you would have sacrificed yield or quality doing so?
