4x8 Male Pollen Room

Going to frame out a 4x8x6 room for males to pollenate in. How is the best practice to keep the pollen in the room and safest way to do this? Planning on using the far side of my house but i know that is not the only way to be safe. Air scrubber with negative pressure in a sealed room? What about when I break the seal.

I remember there was a good thread awhile ago but I cant find it.

Any suggestions or thoughts would help a ton, thanks!
