Hi Dr.cbd V.2.5,

Glad to hear you are doing fine, and thanks a lot for the job that workers like you are doing to keep the basic services active while the rest of the society remains in quarantine during this hard time. :respect:

Thanks also for the update, much appreciated, especially knowing you are so busy. The garden looks very nice and quite uniform regarding phenos and flower development as far as i can judge from here. I think some of them were asking for more food in the last 2-3 weeks.

The monster silverish pheno usually shows up more clearly in the last 2 weeks of flowering, when those phenos are allow to ripe till the very end.
Looks like you have a good amount of Haze dominant phenos, yet very tamed and chunky and with moderate flowering times.
It's going to be an interesting selection, that's for sure! ;)

Thanks!!

Interestellar mode off. Hhahahaha sorry friend,I have been very busy with the university and with my real work, since with the covid 19 the work in my sector has been triggered and we work double.

Sorry Dubi, it's all perfect, but as I said we're having a lot of work and it's been hard to update.

----------------------------------------------
63rd (ninth week) photos I hope you like, as you will see I have very different plants to choose from.I don't think any of them are the silver haze pheno, but I still have a lot of seeds to try.

Hello my friends!!How's the apocalypse going?
Overview of the cabinet before cutting, and selection of phenotypes after the cultivation of the first 18 plants. 4 selected copies of 18.

Throughout the day I will update with detailed photos of the selected phenotypes.

And a summary of my experience with the first 18 killer A5 Haze plants.

Thanks!:tiphat:

first selected phenotype KA5H7, I think this is the Haze/Malawi pheno: Sativa dominant and well balanced pheno in terms of displaying characteristics from both Haze A and Malawi parents. It produces huge, very dense colas, with an excellent flower/leaf ratio, with the gleaming resin coverage of our Malawi. It produces slight reflowerings in its final stages, although not as pronounced as in the first 2 phenos. Incense and woody Haze aromas, with the oily and resinous background of Malawi. Flowering time: 75-85 days.

I WOULD LIKE TO INTRODUCE YOU KA5H3
I think that KA5H3 si the - NL/Haze pheno: This pheno shows a greater indica influence from the Northern Lights, and therefore a smaller size, faster flowering and lower flower/leaf ratio. It is also the most faithful to the characteristics of the original A5 Haze mother, producing rounded and very resinous flowers with a silver appearance, which produces characteristic horn-shaped reflowerings at the end of flowering. Incensed, meaty (liver) and organic (petals of decaying flowers) aromas. Flowering time: 66-80 days.
what do you think? and KA5H??

Hi Dr.cbd V.2.5,

Very happy to see you are already starting to harvest some plants of Killer A5 Haze grow :)

Really beautiful flowers! #7 is a Haze leaner, Malawi dominant expressions usually have much bigger calyxes and don't foxtail so much. #3 is a NL/Haze pheno but also with plenty of Haze influence. A good way to identify the phenos is to follow the descriptions of the terpene profiles on the different main phenotypes of the strain on our website, as the terpene profiles are quite consistent in each different pheno.

Regarding terpenes, I think what most growers are looking for in this strain are the loud meaty incensey terpene profiles siding the A5 Haze mum.
Are you finding many with these kind of terpenes ?

The monstruos silverish pheno is unfortunately quite rare, you can grow a few dozens and maybe find only one (or not). You will need to feed strongly until the very end of flowering so the silverish pheno can show its resinous qualities to the max, this pheno won't express properly these qualities if arrives very exhausted by lack of nutrients at the end of flowering.
