Project looks ok. Try moving your lights closer; 15cm to 20cm from plants. Plants should tighten up; stop growing outwards. Are you trying to do something like PCBuds, in their post #14, dated 05-01-2019, 23:06? PCbuds uses a mixture of Blue & Red spectrum bulbs, as this is said to improve stretching during the vegetive stage.



Try vegging your plants 24 hours a day (24/7). As well as faster growth, this stops plants going into flower too early, especially if mixing bulbs with Red and Blue spectrums.
