Nice garden.


Any reason why you havnt moved away from the bottled silicate and into some type of soil amended type like green
sand or silica stone or something?

Thanks for the compliment. I'm kinda surprised someone else besides the guys I came over here with were watching. Thanks alot.

I don't use greensand, should have when I first mixed up this soil a year ago. My though process was it would take too long to breakdown and become available. Now being No-Till it would have worked perfectly. Never heard of silica sand. I spray alot of Protekt in foliars, and use it to emulsify my neem oil anyway, it's a great product. Plants LOVE it in a foliar.

do you think that protek is bad??

and do you think the silica content in greensand is enough at say 1/4 cup per 10 gallons?

and 420- how long does it take to break down and be usable?

i bought a bag of roots elemental

anyone have an opinion on that product?

0.25% N:0.01%P:0.1K
ca 20%
mag 2%
sulfur 1%
iron 0.2%

derived from calcitic lime, dolomitic lime, gypsum and fish protein hydrosolate

did a fat dab with ya.:smoky:

i think if you got a larger quartz or a small ti nail you would be able to rip that thing much easier, the smoke will be smoother, and you wont lose a bunch at the end.

I agree with ya 100% those big dabs cool it off too quick, I need one of those cup style quartz or maybe I'll try a Ti, Get some superheat in there. Smokes pretty smooth tho. :smoky:
