My wife and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary in Haarlem. We also were able to be there for New Year's Eve with a view over the Grote Market. I must say the Dutch certainly know how to ring in the New Year with not a bang but thunderous explosions! We managed to find a nice little coffeeshop that some may recognize.
The buds were fantastic and the staff was friendly. We'll be back and it sounds like the 420 Cup would be the time to show up.
Gotta love the tulips too!:lol:

I got the news. One apartment is finished with two more to be finished very soon. The pool is finished and has two large cannabis leaves tiled into the bottom. One end is a Sativa leaf and the other is an Indica of course. Things are looking great in Spain. I think by this fall Nol may be accepting some reservations. I can't wait to get back there myself.
The Hempcity site is not being actively updated. There will be a new site for the Spain resort very soon.

Now I really wish I'd got on the train to Haarlem, I missed the boat somehow (I think it was the bong rip Sam the Skunkman gave me) and was going to get the train but decided to go eat with a couple of American guys who had just landed and were hungry. Had the biggest steak I'd ever seen, the Americans described it as 'medium'. lol

Does anyone have any pictures of this killer pool i keep hearing about? Sounds like a very nice place. Will have to swing by Nol's place this April while i'm in town. I'm sure his place is going to do very well. Once he's up and running at full steam.

Where in Spain is this place?
This year I hope we organize a train trip to Haarlem...its great. I have an issue with biking...not the distance or the ride,... Amsteram traffic just freaks me out and thats just the trams and the bikers. The trainers could meet up with the bike contingent when we all get there safely. After an afternoon of toking in Haarlem, sit back and leave the driving/pedling/whatever to the train. Can't wait to see everyone.

just came back from Spain...around Barcelona. Of all the places in the world, spain in general has not been my favorite place. Good Hash for sure. Know the Malaga area fairly well. Hope they found something out of the heavily touristed area. Always available for a new experience, even in Spain. When do we go?
