420 Haarlem trip and meet

Without knowing the schedules of the 420 meet ups I am hard pressed to nail down a time to have you all over. I was thinking Thursday the 19th to not interfere with the official festivities. I could plan a little coffeeshop crawl starting around 1:00PM and ending later in the evening. There are 6 to 8 shops that are good and within walking distance. There are some cool things to see along the way too. We could end with some good food and drink at the Indica, courtesy of Nol. I have a verdamper, a volcano, and a gravitron to make sure we get real high.

any thoughts?

I also want to pedal my rental to Haarlem this year, so mile high if you know the route that would be useful.

Just spent 2 days in the hospital.... So assuming that I am done w/all my tests and am given a clean bill of health......

I would NOT miss it for all the tea in china......

BUT.......

If there IS an official 420 and the trip to Nols was always a part of the official , we should see what day they have planned also.....(unless of course you are taking a consensus for JUST that reason!) In that case.... WHATEVER day is fine w/me!

As I remember it... wasn't it the 18th last time (not last year, but last "official" cup!)... my memory has NEVER been my strong point so I am be wrong...

Count me in too. I dont think ill be pedaling that far, especially after how blazed i was on the last trip to harlem, but its just a short train ride. Cant wait to see you guys again, and hopefully nol breaks out the dragon again.

hey guys, I have been to a couple cc but never an ic cup. even though I am a little leary due to arjans appearant involvement???? lets hope it was only venue help. anyway, the coffee shop crawl sounds fun. am I understanding it right to be a trip from amsterdam to harlam?are there some better coffeeshops in harlam? please excuse my ignorance but can anyone that can get some fire to amsterdam enter the cup?does anyone know the minimum you need to be entered. sorry to get off topic it just sounds like you cats would know. cyrus..

lol ya'll are so eager and hanging on any word...

Cause I want to ride my bike to haarlem, doesn't mean i plan on talking the bike tour there. lol
entering the the cup is open to all who can get their gear there. Last time the plan was for 30g for weed entry and 5g for hash entry, but the official event was cancelled.
this years event .... time is quickly running out as the entries need to have arrived at least a week before, so they can be prepared for judges which leaves about a month for peeps to get their entries to the cup.
Haarlem has a different atmosphere, and some of the shops have nicer quality buds and usually cheaper prices.

I'm completely in on this. I'm relieved to hear that people don't actually plan on riding bikes that distance! I was going to have to figure out a way to slip off and take a train or something! Sounds like GREAT fun and when there's great fun around, I can be found.
