yeah eat the brownies just infront of the airport, lol. and enjoy the flight, lol. i'm so glad it's only a quick hop for me. i hate flying for hours on end.

doh, I just posted in wrong forum, this is the one I was looking for. I am making plans to go to A'Dam for first time for the IC 420 and will be taking my brother. Looking for advice from folks with more experience. Suggestions on places to stay etc. Also time frames. Would a full 7 days be the best bet or is a shorter stay more appropriate? I definitely look forward whole-heartidly to being there instead of the htcc! Our original interest was that but not after having read how the htcc is now-a-days.
Our intent is to sample some of the finest bud on the planet w/the coolest people around, is that too much to ask

Jahminded, check out this web site....best place for cheap airfares. I live in Arizona and the flights are very long, but I just keep thinking.....One week in Utopia

i think coming from the states it would be silly to stay only a few days. of course it depends on how long you want to spend as well. but a week in amsterdam is gone very fast. i think i would even stay 2 weeks if i could lol. but most people only stay for the few days of the 420. last time it was 3 days of events and i spent 4 days there. but no one is sure if there will be an official event this year. keep an eye on this place for news.

Hello AZLaker.. I hail from AZ also(native azonian), and yes it looks like it's goin to be a very long flight from what I've researched so far. Definitely do NOT look forward to that part but oh well.
Just told the lady my plans on goin and that she isn't goin w/me haha. She seems ok w/it after a little smoothing over

and I really dont know what she'll tell him. I don't want to go there alone since I've never been so we'll see. I already told my lady I'm going. I think the anxiety of this will continue to build though as time draws near. Hell Im already excited and it's 4 months off...
