i havent smoked the ibl yet, but the ecsd is killer... i had a smallll baggie in my pocket and everyone that walked by could smell it

im talking a gram of it gave off about a 3ft radius of stink around me

its great herb... yield, bag appeal & high

I harvested everything ~5 days ago. I'm smoking some of the Casey already (no smoke around here) and it is AMAZING potent compared to anything I have smoked in a long time. Tropical tasting with little cure.

I have sort of just been lost the past three days. Can't remember where I've been putting stuff. I still have one whole plant drying that I haven't touched though...


I'll be lookin forward to the smoke reports/ comparisons. Congrats on a great grow.

Thanks mate, I do tend to like the fatties! Hmmm? How many days? ohhh../ I dunno... just kind of going with the flow. Obviously the CJ will come down within the next couple of weeks (prolly 70 days... one week from Saturday).
The NYCD, ECSD, will go to about 80 days (exactly three weeks from today). The SD IBL will probably be taken at 87 or 90 days...

Yea, I read your report, lol looks like you smoked just about all of it. I am glad it was THAT good though... I am going to have to control myself in between harvests! But I am still in this for as long as they need, I only grow twice a year and most importantly the first of the years harvest is mostly always dedicated to summer... bout 2 ozs a month . I need the trichomes to be 70% amber on all of them. The CJ is close to 50/50 right now....

Hey guys, just thought I would share some brief bud pics, nothing special just something I took real quick. All are at 60 days with about 2-3 weeks left in which I will be feeding plain water.

They will be shot in the HPS light until harvest, because they re tied to the wall and ceilings and what not. Jason, you were dead on... right around day 55 the ECSD needed some tying, and still does. She is just getting too fat to be able to stand up!

How many plants do you have under there exactly, and what size containers are they in?

Right now i have 12 plants in 1 gallon bags vegging out from seed. Im hoping that i find only about 3 males so that i can get a nice even 3x3 going in 2 gallon bags for flower, what do ya think?

I agree the Casey Jones really surprised me. I sprouted 5 and all were male except this beauty, if I would have known back in veg I would have made her a mother for sure. But no worries, I got a few s1's I got from heat stress by a single nanner. She packs on the frost, then covers them in buds.

I need around 60-70% amber for my tastes . The CJ will go 70 since it is already at 50/50. The rest will need 80 days no doubt.

The smell? Well this is the diesel pheno for sure and has a skunky spice pine, like whit rhino with more spice and a undertone of fuel/diesel that kind of reminds you of smelling a fresh christmas wreath very lightly coated in a little gasoline. I think the Thai pheno is more lemony/spicy, where as this is more pine stink/spice/fuel.

Yea I want some medical properties, I encourage a good kick your ass smoke. I don't smoke at my job or during the dya or anything so whenever I smoke I am probably relaxing with nothing to do. 400 is perfect for the personal grower IMO. I have 4 altogether, but I started 5 casey jones and only got 1 female, so in reality I aimed for 5 or 6 ladies. They are all in 4-gallon pots.

Sounds like a good SOG set up you got there. A 400 will fit a 3x3 with 6 plants nicely. Don't veg too long though, you don't want to end up with not enough light with like 8 females or something. All depends on how many felmales you got though. 2 gallons should give you about 1.5-2 ozs per plant which will be pretty good. I am hoping for 7 with all these ladies... but I know 5-6 is more realistic. I have never grown with a 400 so I really don't know what to expect..

EDIT: wow I am high and just realized how much I typed...lol

So your thinkin six in 2 gallons huh. hmmmm sounds about right, i might go up to 7-8 depending on how big the closet im moving into is, currently my closet is 3x3 but my new one is i think a bit larger, so i may try and keep a few on the side. but i guess i will have a better idea once i figure out how many girls i got. thanks dude, ill be watching.

For some reason not many people talk about NYCD (I suppose because "sour" is in) but it's kick ass smoke & that pheno you got when cured is like a lime, tangerine & gasoline smoothie! Hold on to a cut of her until at least a 1 month cure on your bud THEN decide if you want to ditch her or not

Killer grow though man, spread those babies around if you can... I'd like to see other folks run that NYCD & who wouldn't want the ECSD

You know I think I really fucked up the NYCD... I held the watering jug to high, eventually it 'eroded' the top layers of soil off exposing and killng some root. My stoner ass noticed it about half way in flower. So she is still alive by pure nutriants at this point, no reserves, leaves are yellowing bad. Still getting some smoke from it though, not bad at that

My buddy has the mom, 1 out of like 20... too much IMO, and he only has a few real winners but hell, more cuts for me. The NYCD will actually get 2.5 months of curing . I need to get this town out of thinking beasters=headies it will be very nice.

bump... fucking with camera... bumped for an easy find. I have pics at 71 days of the sd ibl, ecsd and nycd, all ONLY 9 MORE TO GO FOR THE FULL 80!!!

They will go to 77, then 3 days darkness. Wow it has been a ride, there will be one more update after this. The casey jones was harvested early due to smells at 65 days, got about 1.3 ounces.... very tasty herb I am loving this shit. More pics can be found in the Head seeds forums.
