So I have a common problem in the garden. I haven't changed the general conditions at all. I've varied the fert amounts but thats really it.
This is getting worse and I'm starting to run out of options. If a picture truely speaks 1000 words, heres a couple thou for ya.
Those plants turned out pretty crappy! The temps continued to climb to the point where my cab got into the 90's almost everyday...oh ya, and I finally checked the PPM of the tap water I was giving the plant and it was reading in at almost 200! I'd say those two had something to do with my plants health issues.
I now have one lone purple in the cab. I have added a 6,000BTU air conditioner and a RO machine to my growing mix. I should have all the basic plants needs taken care of with these purchases. This young lady is about 3 weeks into flower and so far is looking to be in much better health than the previous batches.
Those NL's yielded about 1.5-2oz's per plant if memory serves me correct. A number I haven't gotten back to, which is quite irritating...
The Purple Bastard's mother is White Rhino. I had two different males that I was working with at the time, and I don't remember which was used in this cross. Hence the name Purple Bastard, purple with an unknown father...
I've got more NL and AK clones in veg waiting to be moved over. I also have clones from an Ice plant that were given to me by a buddy, and some Ice x Papaya seedlings from a cross I did over a year ago and haven't tried yet. If all goes well I should have a good variety going in the cab within the next month.
I've only had the RO machine for a couple weeks now. I gave this plant a hard flush followed by a 1/2 strength dose of PBP a couple days ago so there would be some nutrients for the plant to utilize and hopefully remove any salts etc that had built up in the soil prior to utilizing the RO water.
Some of the fan leaves are getting a purpleness to them, I don't know if this is simply genetic as the buds turn purple also, or if its from some kind of deficiency. Any Ideas??
The leaves are continuing to change colors, which I think is part genetic and part deficiency. I checked my ph last night when she was fed and it had dropped considerably. I've upped the ph, so hopefully nutrient uptake will increase and I'll be back on track.
