Promix, vermiculite, perlite and powdered DE. I was given some growstones at a show homes. Tossed that in too but I think its part of the ph problem Im struggling with.YOU MUST WASH AND RINSE GROWSTONES PRIOR TO USE! how did you use them that they would influence PH? maybe get a chelated nutrient source if you don't want to worry about ph

And to that end - I should have a pen in my hands soon. Ph in, ph out - should see improvement.

Friend - Cant even think about hydro without that pen. Im still toying with the idea of vertin' 1 of my bubs, never mind hydro. Getting to be an old dog and new tricks don't come so easy. The problem was the ph. After flushing and correcting, it seems a ton of locked up nutes were uptaken. She burst out with more vertical growth and all the budlets stretched and threatened a bit of reveg. They all did it to an extent but #4 ran with it. Ill be surprised if she makes 2 z.

EDIT: Anyone got info on Extech PH50 ph pen?

Extechs been ordered, be here in a couple days aong with 1000 w bulb. Gotta wait until the big girl below is done. Overall footprint is tightening and Im stretching it as is.

NWT - Day 37ish - Greening up slowly. Have an oil-filled heater running now and its helping big time. Here she is about a week ago.

About 20 of these - give or take size-wise. Buds now.

Me: Our light footprint will be shrinking so we cant do 10 plants in 3 gal pots. 8 maybe, but they cant be bushes like the NWT. We can only do 3 that size.

Hes being greedy. I may have to tape out a mock footprint on his floor so he gets my point. He also doesn't really get pheno hunting - doesn't understand why different plants in the same generation grow and yield differently. Cuts are cuts for a reason, they've proven themselves - seeds are a crap shoot. The only guarantee is that theres a possibility of finding something cut worthy.

I got to get the cuts of MOB and White Diesel that we used to have back. That will shut him up so I can keep popping seeds and chucking pollen.

ive decided to only stick with OJD's Strawberry Haze girls.

all SLHxMM seeds in water - just ganna grow them out.

I need to stop keeping everything and just let go of stuff / grow it out / enjoy it.

#2 is for sure pineapple tho and I think i'll be able to flower her next week once I got a good clone.

As for #1/#3 im culling the two leftover cloens and whats in flower is it.

Fuckin changes! Now we are going to 1000 and 2 600s. P only had to change his mind 6 times over 3 days to decide on what I said we should do a month ago. Sheeshh!! So no tape on the floor NKOTS. Footprint will only slightly increase and we'll get closer to 58ish w/sqft.

I stopped by the Closet of Love before stopping here. I see youre doing just that. I swear right now Im running things twice just to keep plant count up and the jars from going empty. I just need a few goto plants to keep P happy while I play. All the SLH x MMs basically smoke the same, like dirty SLH. The 2 vomit phenos aren't so rank anymore. Still some puke in them along with concentrated grape juice and a hint of SSH sweetness. Another 1 is somewhat like your pineapple pheno and the last smells like fruit dusted coffee.

Hard as I look, I cant find any balls or nanners on any plants - and Ive spent a few hours looking. SLH looks like she was gangbanged - hairs are all dying off - no calyx swelling though. It is possible the light was too low so I raised it a few inches. Some on the MM too, not nearly as bad - and they share the same light. Lets hope that's the issue.

She was sooooooo high that it was a bit hallucinogenic for her. Blast off! Laughing uncontrollably. I said to her, "Im even funnier when Im high, but Im even funnier when youre high!" She lost it Good fucking times!

Extech PH50 - nice design, the probe isn't stuck way up its ass like a Bluelab. I had a much easier time using it and it doesn't have 3 or 4 bottles of other stuff to go with it. It measured at no more than a 0.1 difference than the bluelab. So far, so good...

Seed plants didn't seem to be doing much, still small. Pulled a couple out and they easily had 10x more mass under the soil than above. So many roots that they were pushing all the soil up and out of the way. Transplanted 2 days ago and most have grown 3-fold.

nice! more light = higher yield - but more heat!

All the beans(15) are in root riots in a tray with just a bit water on the bottom and a heat mat under I'm going to coco them in 3" containers after a nice tap emerges.

#2 surely is a very nice sweet pineapple smelling but not sure about tasting plant

ironically cloning in a cup of water just sitting there is looking more promising than anything ive done before - and im not doing anything!!!

fuck it if it takes longer - even more bad ass and easy to label and keep track of.

We could use more heat this winter. Ive got that heater running like a greyhound. I already told P that he'll have to upgrade the air system before summer.

Ya bro - like I said, I don't think any of mine are keepers. Maybe Im greedy but I want keepers that are the extreme of their type - soaring high, knockout stone. 'Daytime smoke' is everything else. I think beans are the way to go. By all means, grow clones of what rocks your socks. All others pass on.
