38 Day Sour Bubble buddage so Tight

The contest is simple. How much will the Big Mutha Sour Bubble yield? I am shooting for a pound but 11.5 oz is as big as I have done indoors to date. Giant Bogglegum...

My sour bubble was 4th in the indica division at the Growers Cup and I feel that being lost in shipment for a month had it overcured but everyone agreed that these nugs were the tightest at the event.

Tom Hill's Deep Chunk was also very tight and I am not saying it wasn't deserving at all. To the contrary I found his bud to be remarkable also as I also did with the Lemonie that had such great lemon flavor. I am just saying I want a rematch.

I feel the overcuring made the nugs hard to burn and that they weren't as aromatic as they would have been fresher. I sent them looking like this but at the event they looked like this 2nd pic. As you can see given the circumstances my strain was very well received. Many thought it could have easily won because the final scores were so very close.

Rather than look at who beat me I look at all those whom Sour Bubble beat and I know that this is my very best. BOG

Thats SB on the left and Somas Buddhas sister on the right that finished 5th just behind the Sour Bubble. Soma won the Sativa catagory however. BOG

She is rooted in the 15 gallon pot and her trunk is at least 4 cm wide at the base. The plant is about 7 ft tall and about 5-6 ft around and it is getting light from 2-1000 watt hps lights. There is some CO2 supplementation and temps average 80 f in day and 70 f at night. The mother was vegged about 5 months and here she is going into flower back on August 1. BOG

She is a beast!!!

My arm is still hurting from that last lift.

Here we have her in an unflattering position from the unlit backside and under hps lighting. We had to get her tied up as you can see from this pic. There is reason not to grow plants this big people. I just do it for shits and giggles. The trunk cracked and a couple arms bent but all is well actually. A roll of duct tape fixed the trunk and baling twine is helping hold up the large colas not seen in this pic.

You have seen the worst and perhaps some of you will revise your estimated downward but the damage is inconsequential as the plant is almost 40 days flower now and still quite healthy everywhere. The plant no longer gets any nitrogen but has been heavily fed with Earth juice bloom twice now. This strain finishes in 7-8 weeks depending on your taste.

You may have notice a 1st bx seed plant next to the Mom. Here is one of them at 2 weeks flowering...they showed sex about 4 days into flowering. BOG
