so about 2 years ago my home was raided and i luckily got away on a four wheeler while being chased by the state police. by boy got caught at the house he was charged with class c fellony 300+ plants we must of had 180plants in the backyard and 128 indoors under 8kw. sooo just to show you all how WONDERFUL MAINE IS i was NEVER INDITED. and he is only serving 30days in county.hahahahahah gotta love MAINE

good thing there legalizing no more 4wheeler stashed in the woods.

Aint my first rodeo reminds me of this chick that used to tend bar at this place I worked with, she got the job after workin at Scores. Anyway, I look at it like this, if there's a guy out there like that you should see it as your responsibility to see to it that he doesn't have a positive outcome of his actions. If he does he'll feel like he did the right thing, and while I don't believe in right and wrong, I do believe he did wrong by you.

Hey Burt... unlicensed you can be a caregiver for 6 patients. thats 36 plants legally in backyard without any problem. just make sure u have your patients paperwork. the great thing about the state of Maine and i dont know if any other med states are like this but come june when dispensary licenses are available it will cost 5k for a licenses but that allows you to grow for UNLIMITED patients so if i have say 500 patients ima have me a warehouse with 3000plants. let the games begin.

He also didn't mention that his 'boy' will be on probation for atleast 4 years,
he coulda went to prison for 5, probably a big fine.

Don't sweat the small stuff car, I have a feeling as time goes on he'll appreciate things like subtlety. Overkill can be bad. It's not just about applying a lot of force and sometimes it's wasteful, when you could apply just enough at the right place and the right time and get the same results.

How do you get patients lined up? What do you need to do? If you pay the fee you must have to have some public presence. Registered with the town? Towns will fight it. If you are not a fully licensed dispensary can you exceed the 36 plant limit? Is anyone going to care? Are they going to stop fighting outdoor grows in Maine? Also, hope all these questions are OK., if you can supply to your patients who supplies the dispensaries? Inquiring minds want to know?
