Thanks Core, much appreciated mate, I'll return the rep once I spread some around some other peeps ;)

Hi Delta, good to see you are still around. Although I cant imagine why you vissit my thread to see tris when I sent you some of your own. Just pop them and do a cross to lowrider with them, it would be a nice meeting of genes that cross.

I already decided to cross it with something , I might even wait to see if I get any trifoliates out of what I put on next.
at the minute I got some miss. mud, white widow x skunk 1 , lowryder x cheese, top44, and a couple durga murta.
so not really much space to play with ~ those tri's are waiting for their own space : )

Hiya GMT

Wow - what a looker - I mean - think of the ceegar you could roll with those leaves! I think you got something there - GMT brand Canna Cohibas :rasta:

Ya see, I haven't grown out a B.A.L.I yet ( big-ass-leafed-indica :D ) and am still amazed at the looks of your preferred style of plant!

Interesting to see your current plan in action - and man I hear ya on space - wish I had a quantum space compressor or some such - an acre worth of space in a closet - well, I can dream :biglaugh:

Thanks for the fine entertainment my friend!

Thanks Sparrow,

Delta, cool, sounds like a good plan.

MGJ, yeah I love this type of plant, not quite so wide at the tops though, lets some light through. We've discussed it before, but Doctor Who could make a fortune selling thouse Tardis' to growers. Here's an update on my 3 girls crammed into my little wardrobe.

Hi Core, well, 3 girls, the one on the right is a tri which I topped as I planned on having 2 girls on the right, but one was a boy, so I topped for the sake of it. Her branches are normal. One the left are 2 normal girls. I particularly wanted to smoke a couple of the normal girls just to make sure there are no real diffs in the smoke between phenos. The 2 on the left are the pure ibl bruised nuts and the one on the right is a side cross. pre flowers were lightly dusted with a tri boy, but only a couple of pre flowers this time, so hoping for 4 or 5 seeds in each plant. Then at chrimbo I'll start the mass seed planting to search for breeders for next round. Gonna really try and find soe more quads, if I fail I'll resort to another round of the tri's, then it could be time for an spring IBL release.

Hi Yeknom, thanks, no worries, found it now. Have a detailed read of the first few pages where I talk about why I dont think that these are triploids, but I'm always ready to be corrected. Settle in, all the main work has been done now, so just the odd bit of chit chat and a few pics now and again.

Hey Bro

I am ot sure how I keep missing updates on your thread, but whenever I see it it always has the purple type icon, saying I have already read it, and my subscription does not appear to be working on yours at all.
Plants are looking good, and as always, impressive camera work my friend

Hey Dr Dog, yeah I'm not sure what that is all about, I sometimes don't get updated when someone posts in this thread either, I come back to update and there's a message I need to reply to. Ah well, just as well there's nothing too important in here. Thanks. I'm trying not to upload anything too rubishy, as it takes me 20 mins per photo to upload. So any updates will only be the bare minimum. I did think about doing a new thread for the new year, but new threads always take so much explaining, and I can't be arsed, so I'm staying put in this thread. It's my 4th main thread, and I think 4 is enough really. I'll get some more pics up next week.

Great Thread,
Just what i was looking for.! Thanks for the link " core "!
This is my trifoliate plant

I got out of this seed:

And yesterday another triploid plant sprouted out of the same seed !!
Is this a siamese seed?

Thats an interesting seed for sure. If both plants came from this seed exhibitted the same recessive trait, then to me that suggests that it was formed in the same way identical twins are in humans, ie a single egg splitting, which I didnt know could happen in plants. I have had twins out of the same seed, but assumed a diff mechanism for that. I'm not so sure about them being triploids though, I still feel they are more likely to be Diploids. Hope they both turn out nicely for ya.

Yes, a new plant is coming out and also with three cottyledons ,
I will send pics later on.
I have been reading on this thread about cochicyne, this seed is feminized and maybe this seed has been treated with cochicyne ?

I'd say that that was very unlikely to be honest. The odds of the seed sprouting at all if treated with that is very small. That's a chemical that is only ever used in research and not in commercial seed breeding. It's far more likely to just be a querk of nature. Keep the updates coming, it's always interesting to watch querks.
