now check out that resin production!!! I attribute it to my usage of quality additives... it doesnt matter what brand base nute you use from my expierience its all in the additives. I have grown with gh 3pt lucas foxfarm bc blah blah blah you just run for proper base nute ppm and use your additives. It nice to see how many companies directly market their product to us and most of the shit works I am so hooked on bm, pmax, sea kelp I feel like I am jocking theor products too hard but they really do add a new dynamic look at these buds and they are only at like day 30 can you imagine at day 60? ill probobly pull them some where around 50 days

jonsmith, I would strip everything that is shaded down low especially since that 400 doesnt have deep penetration you'll end up with fatter main colas and less popcorn too helps for trimming and ease plus I love oz+ colas

007 im going to have to grab a seat for this one. Im very interested in the Humbolt products. Seem like they are working very well for you, buds are looking rediculous for day 30. Care to show some better pics of your grow room/setup? Seems like a simple enough grow that is going to yeild great.

Good luck with the rest of the grow. I'll be checkin in on it!

ReeferDan, thanks for stopping by. Simple setup with decent yioeld is what I am about! I have been growing for about 7 years and then quit for about a year, these are my 2 grows out of retirement all I had left was the 2 lights so this will chronicle the rebuilding or building process for a newer grower to document proper progression aimed at low numbers ease and yield all being important.

I blasted them with gravity 25ml in 5 gal then 40ml in 5 gal the next day and I have been spraying the purple maxx 3x week foliar @ .5ml/1.5L and feeding it at around 1-2ml/gal in the nutes I also started using sweet again as the carbohydrates should help out great with the gravity and its increase of carb usage these flowers look so damned beautifull except the ones that get too close to the dehumidifier the leafs seem to yellow but the buds look great its from the heat.

I made sure to include good detailed pics of the rooms setup as well

2 1kw cool tubes sun ballasts
6" fan cooling lights
8" fan on large carbon filter scrubber recirculating air in room
large recirculating fan
nice chrome fan blowing co2 around and also recirculating air
13kbtu a/c
30pint/day dehumidifier
co2 on timer every other 15 minutes hits the room with co2 I am not using much since I am only working with about 440ft3 I run @ 1.5bar
temps 76night 80-86day humidity allways under 48% not quite perfect but pretty damned close... adding new electrical for lights since I will be adding either 1kw or 2 600s...

pic show

Well here are some up to date pics
first
the light trap air intake for the lights, fresh air from outside

second and third
lights fan ducting

then
power equip ac ballast o3 gen

then
plants

what a difference a day makes! Buds are really packing on density not sure if its the gravity or not I just keep giving them a light foliar spray just to make sure leafs get wet with the pmax.

Obviously I stripped the fan leaves as well. I did this to aid in air flow and to avoid budrot in the main colas I just check them daily.

I could easily cut these down and enjoy them at day 39 but I really want to see if they keep putting on size and density at the rate they just started.

They are just freaking insane would love to take macro pics frost and resin is outta control but the lavander allready is like that these look a step above! lol so far...

Day 42 12/12

Well they are packing on size daily still so I dont want to pick them but it looks like the time is comming.

Glad I added the gravity as it seems to be helping fatten em up a little more, now if only I can get some overdrive for their last days lol...

DAY 44 bud porn

DAY 44 bud porn

ReeferDan, pics? just ask and you shall receive!

Rgd, Thanks for the kind words man let me know if you have any questions just here to spread the knowledge. I learned to grow from the inet I found OG like 7 years ago and from then on it was bang bang!! So glad I could help!

My typical feeding is going as follows
Amts per 5 gal water each plant gets just over 1.5l per feed

20ml purple maxx (every other feed)
2tsp supernatural budblaster
2tbsp supernatural bloom terra
2tbsp supernatural superboost
30ml sea kelp
5ml floralicous plus
100-150ml botanicare sweet
30ml an barricade (p silicate)
200ml sensi zyme

Stopped the pk13/14

One thing I also forgot to mention was that shortly after my first application of gravity I decided to mix a little in with the foliar pmaxx feeds and did that about 7x

I am noticing the hairs are bginning to take a deep dark color hopefully more to come! We will see if I can fight the urge and let them sit on the vine!

Rediculous resin production! :yoinks:

well at lights on I started to harvest and 9 hours straight no breaks no music solo trim mission!

I'll post pics later got some great scissor hash I am enjoying right now!

Looks like if I let them go any longer I was gonna have serious budrot issues none so far but a couple were close they did turn a purple hue its light but definite and they're rediculous uber frosty!

One thing I might add, when using the purple max it was obvious resin and tric production was kicked into overdrive regardless of how it was applied but to see any purple hues come out the flowers needed to be soaked I did this on selected flowers and they are the darkest of the bunch I wish I would have figured that out earlier lol...

Oh yeah day 48 harvest in case anyone cares

wow, just checked your thread out 007, looks fantastic! I finally found a place to pick up the BM/Pmax/Gravity trio in Canada, I am going to grab the 3 pack sometime this summer and try it out. Can't wait to see some trimmed up shots, have a good one

When you say the flowers needed to be "soaked", do you mean heavily sprayed with the PM or what? How late into flower did you foliar the PM?

Great thread here and an inspiring grow!

I'm about to try out the 3 Humboldt County products on my Purple Kush strain.

Let us know your yield if you can... I like how you trimmed out all that undergrowth must have made trimming a lot easier.

meduser180056, I sprayed them up to the night before harvest and yes I meant soak the flowers they seem to absorb it pretty fast. Make sure you have great air movement in your room when using these products so many people get budrot luckily I havent yet but then I have air moving around the room couple times a minute lol...

This is a little teaser pic of some of the smaller buds that dried so far and I am puffing on tonight the rest is hanging so I can't take pics till they are ready and bagged for cure using the dehumidifier on at 60% with the cieling fan cranking away should be ready to bag for cure any day
