thats a nice grow you have going walker but I believe you could of done alot better with half the amount of plants.....
another thing is the 1/2 lines you have clog as you mentioned and if you bought some 3/4 inch ppi barbs and grommets they would fit right into those same size holes you drilled(I upgraded mine in the middle of bloom)...
I also noticed you have the buckets linked together which didnt work for me and always gave me problems as far as gravity issues/buckets not being equally level/nute temps/stagnation.....
my nute temps were always warmer with the buckets at the end of the chain and had the most crap floating in them and most likely had the least amount of d.o.
maybe your experiencing the same?
the best method ive used for dwc was to give every bucket their own 3/4'' line returning back to the controller,.... and running a 1/2'' line pumping from the controller through the chiller and ran in a loop around the buckets with 1/4'' drip line coming off the 1/2'' to each bucket......all you need is 1/2'' poly tubing and 1/4'' straight barbs and 1/4'' drip tubing the puncture tool.(raindrip section at home depot)
