250w scrog grow lavender/korean mutt genetics

hello! well this is my 10th grow and first time to post here or anywhere for that metter. I have succesfully grown indoors and out. As well as i have done organic soil, hydro, and aeroponics. Now i have decided to keep it simple with organic soil only. I am living in a northeast asian country. I have designed three seperate chambers in my cabinet. The top chamber is powered by a 250 metal halide and has a 65w fan going into a self-designed carbon filter. This will be the flowering chamber. It is cool enough, i believe, to allow the flowers to be within 6cms of the light. The middle chamber is for my two mother plants, lavender(from soma) and big skunk korean. This is powered by 3 36w cfs. The bottom chamber is for vegging my clones prior to placing them in the flowering chamber. It is powered also by 3 36w cfs.

Here is a pic of the whole box. Dimensions are about 36cm(w)x56cm(d)x195cm(h).

This is a pic of the flowering chamber. In here now are just mutt mountain genetics. I am flowering them from seed just to see what happens and do to the fact that my clones are not ready yet.

This a pic of the mother chamber. In the back is the lavender and in the front is the big skunk korean.

Finally the bottom chamber with 5 clones(2 lavender, 3 BSK). One is already showing roots after 5 days. The small plants in the back are mountain mutt genetics. I am vegging these to try to find a fruity pheno and a heavy indica pheno. I have grown these moutain genetics before and have experienced dozens of different varities. In previous grows i found skunky, fruity, spicy, indica dom and sativa dom phenos. Really fun to see what i can get

This a pic of the carbon filter which sits atop the cab. It is basically a small bowl inside a larger one. Between them is filter mesh and about 2.5L of carbon.

Well this is the beggining. As soon as the clones are rooted i will veg them out for about 3-4 weeks in the bottom chamber. I will top them heavily during this time in preparation for the flowering room where they will be scrogged.
Please give me your feedback on this setup and the look of my girls. I will update with picks daily. Any an all comments will be welcome!

not so good

Yeah. Its pretty bad! But nobody knows. And commerce here is terrible! 75USD for gram of basciallly vacuum-sealed BC bud. 50USD for a gram of hash from south asia. And sometimes the hash is cut with with a petroleum based chemical, maybe shoe polish. I have only seen this two times and did not try it. I knew right away from the oily smell. Usually the hash is quite good. But now i have completly detached myself from the market so this is strictly for me and my GF. And my apartment is really chill, landlord lives above me, older man, we cant really communicate very well so i am left alone.

i not very organized, so i will continuously be providing additional relevant information. I also brew my own beer and i keep my fermenters in the grow room so this is how i will be providing co2. I brew 37 L of beer each week so this will provide a nice continous supply of the molecule.

Ok so here are my mountain girls. They were vegged for about 7 days and then put into 12/12. here are pics at the beggining of flower and then about 10 days into 12/12. I already identified two males and pulled them, they sure developed fast.

As you can see they have grown a lot since they were 12/12. They are definately crowded in there and along with their sat dom genes they are stretching. But i have a lot of room in realtion to their size now so i am not worried.

Ok now here are the two mothers. They have been topped a lot and are now looking naked.
this is the big skunk korean

And this is the lavender. It is much darker than the BSK. Also i understand that lavender is a ind dom strain. The saize and plant shape seem to show this but the leaves look mostly like sativa. So i guess this would be a sativa phenotype. My knowledge is limited here...

Ok and now here are the clones, six of them are lavender and five are BSK. I am not very proud of these but here they are... hopefully ill get at least 6 healthy ones.

As far as cloning goes, and please correct me if im wrong. But the clone will wilt over a little, and as long as the main top again points up to the light then they should come around, is this reasoning incorrect?

Anyways enjoy and thanks to all who are watching and showing support.

You should find some clear plastic to contain the humidity for those clones.

They should straighten out over the next several hours or longer depending on the strain.

If you leave them over night and they have not perked up i would think that is a bad sign.

Keep the humidity high around them.

Best,

OL

Thanks for the advice but i have a clear dome over them. I removed it just to take a picture...The huhmidity is fine, and they have already perked up. It just seems to me that within the first 24 hours they wilt a little, and then they perk up again. And it seems to me that as long as the perk up again then they will be ok... just my exprience...

unusual hermie

unusual hermie

well things are going quite well. 8/11 clones are looking pretty good, but more on that and the rest of the grow later...
So to review i have some mountain seeds which were vegged for 7 days and then 12/12ed. So now they have been under the 250w 12/12 for about 10 days now. I have discovered about 5 males out of 20 total. this morning a found a male which has two female pistols on it. The rest of the plant is all male. here are some pics

so usually a plant is female and then some male sacs form later in flowering for hermies, right? This seems to be highly unusual where the plant develops from the start with male and female organs. has anyone experience this before?
