...yeah, i think they started off slow because you potted them up into pots that are too big, ...next time start in smaller pots and wait until the seedlings are well established before moving them up into larger pots.
...seedlings are kinda fragile so when you pot up into such large pots they stay too wet for too long and too often seedlings will die of wet feet before the pots dry out enough for a second watering.

I started my Speed Devil #2 2 weeks ago and today its day 15! I really think your plants had a huge explosion in the last days as at day 10 my plants were bigger than yours but now your babies seem to be doing really well! keep it real buddy!
