When I first read that comment about using a fan to move the light I laughed because I thought it meant blowing the photons around. Moments like that make me wonder if I should smoke less.
Light speed is the maximum velocity of anything. Usually observed in a police chase.
Wind tends to creep up on you, then lingers.
It's only in these controlled conditions, where wind speed can influence light speed.
