Day 28 for the DR's, they seem to be doing great! I've been adding ~t-spoon of epsom salts to every other watering, and it seems to have worked great on the gals! We are down to three female DRs; at least two different pheno's are visible. One plant is a short squat girl probably 6" tall with buds running all the way down nearly to the soil. The other two seem to have a main cola with a few (3-4) branches starting to show now.

Our EasyRyder girls are just starting to show sex, so we will start posting pics of those soon. Sadly, it looks like out of the 5 fem seeds only 3 are going to fully grow... marking that up to our n00b status. Anyways, stay tuned!

Great news! I finally have a few shots of the 3 EasyRyder girls that we have growing, as well as an update on the DieselRyders

First off, the new gals! They are at ~25 days I believe. They are much larger than the DieselRyders, All 3 of the plants are at least 1" taller than the tallest DR in the box. The tallest girl of all was a runt until 4 days ago when it really started shooting up. She is now the tallest girl in the box at 14"




The DR's seem to be doing ok. I would rate them as a 7 on the health scale out of 10. They seem to be having a Cal/Mag def. but they are still growing extremely well. One plant is a 10" solid nug. I gave the plant a little touch to see how dense the buds were, and I really got a fantastic surprise First, the buds are super super dense already, even though the plants still have at least 2 weeks left to go (today is day 42, I can see the short DR finishing in 55-60 days). Second, I was rewarded with an overpowering fruity stench. Very very strong and pleasant. I really can't wait to see these buds cured and dried

Checked today and we can clearly see seeds forming on the DR gal we pollinated! We only pollinated the outer popcorn buds, so were hoping to get 10-15 seeds. Anyone have any good recommendations as to when the seeds are fully matured? Wait until they are almost falling out of the pods? I'm only asking because it seems like our main cola bud will be ready within 2-3 weeks, but I've been told seeds can take as long as 6 to fully form.


Any advice?? I'm guessing I'll end up chopping the main cola and let the outer popcorn buds over-mature until the seeds finish. Will that work?

Give them a solid 4 weeks from when you pollinated them. You should be able to see the seeds turn dark brown. If in doubt let them go longer so you know the seeds are fully mature. Harvest the main bud but leave the seeded part if you can

Glassman i let all mine go atleast 40 days after pollen..all are nice and ripe..got around 1/2 oz, on the biggest dr i had..very good smoke..now have over 1000 DR x BS to play with..gunna be a long summer looks like, and i cant wait..nice pics, good job and stay safe bro

The shorty is coming down tomorrow! I checked and she's already at 20% amber, so its time for her to come down. I'm gonna give the other two ~60 days before chop. The bud with the fat top is the size of a half dollar and extremely dense! Smoke/Weigh reports soon

Now for the impressive Auto AKs, Day 37 :

The tallest girl is around 2' The one that has no bottom and all top foliage would be absolutely perfect for a SOG setup if I had 12 of her... Not sure how the yield is going to turn out on these girls yet, watching closely to see how they fill in!

Really happy to finally be getting to test out some of the DR smoke We didn't do the best job with the DR's, but we learned quite a bit for our first time. Hopefully we will still have some nice smoke. Till next time

Please get some good shots of the buds before/after a good trim and also before/after drying.

The smell in the house is a nice light fruity skunk (yeah, the DR's honestly are strong strong smelling plants in ambient air. Plan on a damn good carbon scrubber if you are going to run these with any smell worries. We are pumping ONA currently to cover the smell enough until they finish). Whenever you brush one of the DR's a wicked strong skunk cut with a superlight diesel fuel smell. Really, I can't believe that the small one is finishing in 50 days from seed, but she is pretty small, only around 5-6", but she is almost as wide as she is tall We managed to seed some of the outer buds on the second tallest plant, so hopefully we will get to see another run starting soon

So sorry for the delay!

Hey Everyone! First off I need to apologize for being a slap and not getting pictures posted... We ran into some 'issues' the least of which being the entire floor of the apartment smelling like warm cannabis. While I personally love the smell, we do live in a semi-sensitive area. Some smell for us isn't awful, lots of smell = bad news... So long story short, the pictures are what suffered the most. I only have one shot out of the 3 DRs that we ran.
The good news is that I have a few before shots of the Auto AK's that we ran!

This is a picture right before we started trimming DR #1, which was by far the smallest DR out of the group at 5". She ended up weighing in around 4 g of decent bud.



The other two DR's finished in at around 10-12". One plant yielded 14 grams of bud and ~150 seeds . The other plant yielded 11 grams dry.

Now, all in all these numbers aren't super impressive. We averaged right at 10 grams a plant in 2-liter bottles. Now that we have a large number of F2 DieselRyders, our plan is to run at least 12 plants at a time in our box, shoot for 10 grams/plant again and hit 120grams I definitely feel like this is very possible because I made many mistakes that stunted these plants through out the last 5 weeks, and we are planning to step up to one gallon pots for this next run. Look for that grow to start soon!

These gals are all getting chopped tomorrow. The two fat plants around around 15" tall and extremely top heavy... Were hoping to pull 45 grams or so off the 3 plants at least... Wish us luck!!! I'll be posting the weigh updates within the week on the ER's
