The charges were made up for lawfare and not valid. It goes to the supreme court it gets thrown out, if it even reaches there. Biden and Hillary kept all kinds of documents they were not legal to have. Nobody cared about such stuff until Trump.
I do not know if cheating gave the win to the Democrats in 2020, but this chart is interesting. Less votes for Trump this year but the difference for the Democrats is much greater. They investigated for cheating in 2020 but how much can you find out really?
