it's all about thinning and staking here, 1-3" of rain a week for last 3 weeks or so and many of the old clones I'm growing have terrible structure with waaay too many inside branches.

try to do them bit by bit as opposed to ripping the whole plant in one day, also been working the shady sides in the heat. feels great sitting in the clover.

I stuck these outside to get them in good health and remom. no way they will ever finish in 4-5 weeks that's left here IF I'm lucky... hard frost 4 nights in a row here on Sept 16th a few years back...

Rainbow Belts 2.0 are all flowering nice and early like the Runtz, got 3 of the 9 phenos that my gromie found here. very stinky and lots of flavor.

Hey Chunky,

I did a lawn with clover for a while and it was great not mowing, but the slugs and snails made it almost unusable. Walking barefoot meant coming out slimed and cut. Have you seen any yet? Maybe it was a local thing.

Also, why try the CBH outside with the early frost potential and hard stop some point in October pretty much guaranteed? I have made similar tilts at windmills for fun, but not any real work like yours.

old clones need time in the sun and good soil to rejuvenate even if they have no chance of finishing full season.

I started growing outdoors in earnest just for that reason and when I discovered how cheap and easy it is compared to indoor I was hooked.

this is the video where I heard Kevin share this secret and the next season all my clones went outside and got re momed in the fall.

click through to the vid and skip to 6:40 for the story on keeping old moms healthy.

my first huge sour d sold me, it was better than my ins and free sun, no cleaning, no tents to buy.

All my outdoor hopes and dreams are here. Everything else is a tiny tester, she’s got the space and place. I am fighting mold already, even with the drought, it’s 100% humidity with dew every night.

So close to potentially making it to the finish line safely.
yeah that's looking dope! my plants are wet all night here every night in the swamp and we are getting crushed with rain besides. I thin it to win it in my patches and when I'm not thinning them the wildlife is...

fukkerz are damming the creek and trying to flood my smaller beds.

Nine pound hammer outdoor grow.
Two plants with about three weeks to go. Looking at maybe the Harvest Moon.
Also included is the clone from a topping.. the middle branch wilted badly so I clipped it… leaving two mini cola’s!!
Peace all

Caught red handed! You got some sort of trailcam on those plots chunky? He looks guilty like he knows hes been caught- groundhog has been ransacking my tomatoes all year, Id go ballistic if they killed some of my cannabis, sorry to hear that. Pics are funny though
