so funny how many people sleep on bodhi's stuff just cuz the seeds are only 5 bucks each and there is no hype machine. But then the AOG always outperforms their elite clones and $300 seedpacks with fancy packaging. blows that shit right out of the water. sky lotus is no slouch either. mine tested 29% thc last yr at sclabs and yielded 15lbs from one pot
That thing is so freaking innaccurate, they say 2% margin of error but last year harborside tested some of my cookies and said it was like 18%, then a real lab test was done and its over 24%, careful with those things..

They wiegh a gram, and grind it up, then stick in in a little machine. Tests THC on the spot. I asked about it once, and they told me the cost. I forget how much now, but needs monthly calibrations and the cost was far past what I was willing to pay.
Did I post prices? I have been getting 15-18 on my full season...... I will take that any day of the week. Last time I was there, I off loaded 2 lbs of smalls for 800 each......That was low balling. They needed smalls, and I didn't feel like driving back dirty. Should of grabbed 12 at least, but hey, I got SOOOO much to go.
It really depends on quality, and I have an edge. I am Clean Green. Dispensaries have been swooping anything and everything I bring them. (except blue dream!) When they ask what prices your are expecting, tell them what price you want, then add 200$.
So, they ask: "How much are you trying to sell these for?"
You: "I have been getting 16-19 for these"
They: "Ok, best I can do is 16, that ok?"
You: word up!
Make sure you don't act like your herb is the best, just be humble and act like it's all another day at the office. They don't want newbies.
They had GG #4 on display, and tested at 23%. Looked indoor to me, but I didn't check the label. Just out of curiosity, do you think indoor tests higher or lower on average with equal quality growers? My outdoor seems to test on the high side of each strain. When I shop around on SC labs site, I look for strains that match mine, and almost always I test higher. I think outdoor might produce higher levels of THC, but then again, I am stoned.
Yea, your right. Bodhi really is the shit. I have three strains right now from seed that could be grown in any garden in the world. Top quality buds for sure. That sky lotus produced some fantastic buds for me this year as well. I am hoping for 10+ on them, but would be happy with 7+. The buds seem really high quality, and similar to the AOG. Bought up three more packs, and looks like I might buy another 10.
I asked for the AOG last year to be tested twice. Came out within .2%, and grabbed from another part of the bag. Not saying your wrong either.

my understanding is that MRSA requirements kick in Jan. 1st 2017, so if you wanted vend to dispensaries you would need the licenses...
to be honest this is all a bit of hear say atm and i plan on hitting up a few of my buyers this wek and see whats up, some might turns heads... but we'll see...
so an "outsider" would be someone with a valid 215 card coming straight off the street like most vendor do. without the proper MRSA operators licenses.
havent heard of any fees yet but havent dug into this too deep tbh

What's the process for giving packs to dispensaries? Do you just ask to talk to their buyer and bring a small sample?
I dont know for fact but my guess is light spectrum influences thc levels. Thar awesome clear blue sky and the closer you come to finishing at 12 hours under that the better.
Black boxes at altitude finishing with still pulling tarp seem to be tippy top.

a couple of months ago i sent indoor gg4 samples (off the same part of the same plant) to sc labs and pure analytics-
sclabs gave me 24% thc
pure anal gave me 16% thc
it would be nice if everyone had the same process and test gear.
sclabs was quite a bit cheaper too.

Most places list what they expect. Harborside only vends Tue-Sat 11am-2:30 and 3:30-5 or something like that. There you sit in line in a vending, waiting room. First come first serve.
Bring enough to make a good offer. These places test everything, so anything under a pound is a no go IMO. If it cost 100$ to test, and you only give a half P, then that is too much cost for them. Bring a pound of your top several strains, IMO. Go from there.

I harvested about half of this plant a week ago, thinking it had to get hit with mildew sooner or later. The entire greenhouse is a mildew haven right now with the skeletons left from the other plants. The KQR laughed at the PM, and just finished strong. I did loose more than the entire crop on the KQR due to mold, but maybe a 1/4- 1/2 pound. Really successful, clean harvest this year on most of my plants. Overall, very happy.
I squished a small nug of the KQR, and I am in love. Been looking for something like her my whole career. Lets see if others like it as much as me, she will be an emerald cup entry for sure.
I am thinking the KQR, AOG 1000 gal, Silver Mountain, and maybe Sour Banana Sherbet are going to be my entries. If not the SBS, then maybe Sunshine Daydream or Dream Beaver.
