Lou thanks alot man i have to give most of the credit to my partner for the forced flowering as i was rarely there on time.

pipeline: most of the plants were toped twice and a few of them were tied down in early veg

Well harvest started a week later then planed we got a couple of little rain storms and then the day before chop it came down hard and everything started sagging heres what the purple looked like after the storm

a few branches broke on a the older grape mothers but nothing to serious 2 days later we had a helicopter circle the garden a couple of times we were allready half way done taken down the plants so no big deal really just means the plants were healthy they fly everyone this time of the year just to shake things up a little . But that was allso one of the reasons we originaly wanted to harvest in august ive only seen a few random fly bys in the summer in the fall its pretty common to hear and see them coming and going all day.

Lemonade thanks again man this garden was harvested trimed and dried all by about the second week of september the goo was the last to be choped and were brought in in two parts first the top half all the nice easy to trim colas then about 2 weeks later the bottom halfs were taken down we were shooting for 10 this year and ended up with about 13 plus 1.5 of the later harvested popcorn so all in all im pretty happy with the results.

Lou harvest was a breeze getting flown is allways shitty but its pretty much a part of life when you live in a place were everybody grows , this was our first year getting the full treatment though the helicopter circled the crop twice low enough that you could have thrown somthing at it , flew pretty much everyone in town the same day gets the locals all restless and im sure forces some people to harvest early i feel like our garden is realtivly pretty small compared to most like the guy a little ways up the road whos planing on getting 300 pounds off of his 60 plant legal grow he does a massive garden every year and gets flown 3-4 times every season has even had leo show up at harvest time to count his number of plants as long as you keep your numbers correct its all good . There have been some folks busted this year but most have been people with 100 or more plants , rippers are a bigger concern to me espically after losing last years grow and having my home broken into , this year security was doubled the last 3 weeks there was someone at the grow 24/7 plus a spot was set up to sleep in the middle of the patch there is nothing i hate more then ****ing rippers enough said.

Its going to take me alittle while to sort the pics heres one of the goo a little before chop i

Wow thats pretty nutz about all the flyovers all the time. Would make me completely paranoid even though I am a med patient! Grats on ur harvest man, glad to hear your helping out some patients :)!

grassart fly overs are usually just in the spring and fall , but its a fact they make people paranoid after our place got flown the neigbors got all nervious and hauled there little 5inch plant that was in a 3 gal pot way out into the woods . I think just trying to make growers paranoid is one of there main goals .

esbe thanks man here are some pics from harvest day we got probably 2 or 3 little sprinkle style rain storms before harvest an one big one the night before that put a heavy sag on everything and caused a few lower side colas to hit the dirt which sucks cause i cant do anything with dirty colas . We probably ended up losing close to a 1/4 to dirt nuggets mainly in part to the last storm.

Silver spur this one was probably the highest yielding plant in the garden it came in just barely under 2

and a couple shots of the goo before the tops were removed

and a shot of what they looked like about 2 days before the bottom half was harvested

some grape ape at harvest the grape ape is the shit it grows probably the most dense nugs out of all my strains and has that grape smell everyone loves plus its real easy to trim.

and since i dont like having all my eggs in one basket :joint: these are my last two Deep chunk X goo seeds together they yeilded about 9 oz big buds but not super dense it was some ok smoke last year so i decided to give em another go they were planted early in the summer and were only watered a few times as they were grown on the edge of a moist swamp .

hey greyarea, are those grape apes a strain that is clone only or has it been stabilized and seeds produced?

There is an article in a recent heads magizine that has apothecarry claiming the grape ape as there new 2006 release they said it was 75 % indica
and 25 % kush so i guess there are seeds somewhere but its been clone only for me so far .
