I'll be there for the tour Hazy. We arrive the 17th. Mark me down for three, me and daughters. Bodhi we are starting in Amsterdam and going elsewhere for about 2 1/2 weeks. Maybe Prague, but heading to Greece then Italy for sure.

oh yeah that's right boink I was just reading through the thread to see what I missed and I read that you're bringing your 21 and 23 year old daughters right? I'm 19 so it will be nice to meet a few people around my age who are attending the festivities. :smile: My friend and I have rough plans to go to berlin for a few days and then start making our way down to greece, it sounds incredible, but we'll be stopping to see everything in between like austria,switzerland, italy. I'm mucho stoked

I stayed there last year and let me tell you it is a blast! Great people, cheap beer and a real comfy place to smoke.

sounds like my kinda place minister! I heard on a travel messageboard that the beer there was pretty cheap, glad to hear someone confirm that as I'll be seriously limiting myself when it comes to indulging due to the fact that I need to stretch my bank account pretty far. How old are you btw? And you've been to a'dam before, last year I take it. Any other travellin' experience? man i'm absolutely giddy all i've been doing lately is gettin' high and browsing backpacking forums

Well I'm 26 going on 20 I was in Amsterdam last year for the cup and I've been saving up since. I've backpacked a lot of europe and I've lived all over the world, due to my family's work.

I'm really looking forward to this year's cup. LAst year I went not knowing what to expect and it really overwhelmed me at times. So many things to see, so much knowledge and laughs floating in the air.

This year there are a couple of things I want to do but apart from that I'm gonna improvise.

P.S. Trichomefarmer's haze bike tour is a must!!!

nice man i hope you don't mind if I pick your brain a bit when we're there for a few travel tips I'm 19, but I always feel a little silly when I introduce myself with my age, i'm just concious of people's preconceptions when it comes to age. Probably because most of the people I call friends and who make up the biggest part of my life average at around 24 and i tend to assume the same maturity level (if you could call it that ). I work in skateshop here and i've made great friends in the past year to whom age is just a number, and I believe that too. I think that's going to be a really awesome factor in this event; that there's people from all ages who have a guaranteed common interest I've met some old teenagers and I know some very young at heart oldtimers and i expect there will be a good mix in amsterdam

I could understand how it would be overwhelming, especially by yourself. But at the same time the best way to gain life experience is to just dive right in
