well you picked actually my favorite strain
santa maria is one hell of a phenotype. its growing like an indica (big leafs and small growth) but it´s finished after 48 days, i like to flower it for 53 (all calyxes are swollen then) days. the smell is incredible fruity. very sweet. i would like to say that it tastes as it smells but its not like that. i just tastes like barely nothing. i have grown it for many times now and cured it in differnet ways and i am not getting a real taste out of it, no real taste acutally is wrong, i would like to have the same taste as smell
its my all day weed. i smoke it when i need i "clear" head to think. so the high is very sativa, complete no indica influence at all. thats why i love it.

i think your skills as a grower and a photographer are amazing. i have only had a few harvests. i like to trim my buds so there is no leaves at all on them and use the leaf for hashmaking. do you make hash with your leaves? i just saw a few leaves on those buds and was wondering what your opinion was on leaving a few leaves on the buds or which ones. i just have always heard the leaves make for a harsher smoke. thanks man and awesome pics. peace and smoke.
amazing shots..i recently grew 4 seeded females..4 different phenos....only one was purple..and two were absolutely amazingly stinky and sweet.....2 indica dom and 2 sativa dom.....heres some shots...outstanding grow btw...
