My 1st instinct was Mg. Pretty sure it's not N.
This is a 7 day old Kali Mist clone. Housed in a bathroom sink cabinet.
The lighting is 400 Hps and she's living in organic soil fortified with
Kelp Meal, Perlite, Dolomite Lime, Rock Phosphate, Rare Earth and
Blood Meal.
The temps are kept at bay using an incorporated 5K BTU A\C. Since
the box is outdoors and it's been a hot ****ing summer.
She is watered every other time with Molasses and water.
It seems to mostly be affecting this one leaf but looks to be slightly
spreading to the other top ones.

Let me know if you need anymore info.

This is a guess but how much molasses? How is the Molasses applied? If molasses is applied without bubbling or decomposing it will keep roots from absorbing fertilizer.molasses and water are for a flush at the end of flowering.Broken down molasses by yeast or bacteria and microbes is for the other periods.

I love sick plants.... but not mine....

OK here is for some diagnosis....

Not N.... N is highly mobile.... that means the plant would take from the bottom of the plant.... in your pic its the top of the plant.... not N....

Mg... Mg is not as mobile as N but it is somewhat mobile.....
If the plant needs Mg it will normall take it from the node below where the chlorosis is.... the cholorosis is not typical of Mg the veins are yellow too....

not Mg.....

Whats that leave.....

pretty much iron.... iron Fe fits the picture perfectly....

its not mobile.... so it effects the most recent growth.....

and as a secondary test a leaf which is Fe deficient will show greener tips and more chlorotic leaf interiors.....

My question is why???? You are feeding it all that stuff

I would certainly check your ph.... if its alkaline that might explain it....

I am only telling you what the pic looks like......

Ive seen enogh pics of iron defs to say thats pretty much what your pic is doing.....

octodiem:
The molasses is bubbled into a tea. 1 TBsp per gal. I've been doing this for years and have never had a problem with it. Molasses is not just for the flush. It's a very good supplement and high in K. It also helps to feed and keep the Micro herd happy. There is nothng wrong with using a little through out your grow. I and my partner are strict Organic growers we do this with the little extra time it takes to get the best tasting best smelling and cleanest herb. Flush? Has never been a concern for us with organics.
All our herb burns a pretty white ash, and the tastes and smells are accentuated twice as much, atleast.

Fe... That could be it.... Don't know how I didn't think of that. Will certainly treat for that def and observe the outcome. It's been my experience that you usually only see a Mg def once in a plants life, and the mother has already been treated and overcome one. I'm sure this is not set in stone and this is the 1st run with Kali, which so far has been a really light feeder, and when I say light... I mean it!
I don't think pH is a problem, we've never had pH problems, not with organics or soiless applications, and the water is right on the $. But... we will check it as a good rule of thumb.

Thanks for yor help people, will post results.

Ok people... It seems it was an Fe def. Haven't checked the pH yet but I think It may have been from the raw molasses hindering the roots from absorbing nutes. My partner was watering with straight molasses unknown to me so i'm thinking that's why she couldn't take in the Fe from the molasses. How did we fix it? Foliar feeding..... works everytime. Two applications of molasses treated foliar feeding and heres the results.... She's happy as a clam!

flush out the old mollasis...
if its a FE def... id sugest an iron nail in some water then put it in the soil.
(it looks like a FE def or sulfer def. to me.)

ok.... She's growing like crazy. I took DigitalHippy's advice and flushed out the old molasses. But it seems to still be suffereing from the reoccuring Fe def. My partner flushed at the latest signs you see below. I believe Octodiem was totally right in that the raw Molasses was hindering the roots from taking up the nutes. The soil is chock full of everything the plant needs. The pH is about 6.5.

Does this still look like Fe to you guys? At this point, it's been flushed to get rid of the molasses. So now what? Wait and see if she improves?

Sulphur deficiency she is; I would get her on a good NPK formula and stop using the molases; depending on what kind or brand it can have artifical junk in it which can cause issues. I would only use organic kind molasis; organic meaning no artifical junk in it.

Also looks like starting a nitrogen issue.... get that gal some real food! Feed weekly!

Make sure you get micronutrients in her too; Earthjuice Microblast works well!
