Hello all as the title says very new to this....not quite sure of the time line here. I started 3 hindu kush bagseeds about 3 weeks now and i have some Kushberry(DNA) seedlings going as well.

I'm using promix-hp started under a 600w-HPS....however currently they are under a 400w-MH. Got a 400 cfm active air inline fan running through a 6" cooltube venting out of the tent. Also a small heater/fan to strengthen the stems.

Here are some pics...any feedback is welcome as to what i can do to improve my setup.

I will be taking some pics in very soon....will update it's been a few days since these pics were taken. I lowered the light to get all fancy and thought the plants would benefit from the light being closer but now the leafs look a little droopy. So i raised the light up gonna give it a little and go take some pics before the lights go out. Currently there on an 18/6.

Update As i thought i fucked something up....somebody tell me...i've been spraying water misting the leafage....they seems to be liking it...maybe i got too giddy and overwatered?? I didn't really think that could happen by just misting the leaves. Here's some pics....

finally the Kushberry seedlings are also droopy which leads me to think it wasn't the misting of the leaves...

Looks good so far (also a first time grower, so take it for what it's worth...)

I had a similar problem, thinking more light=better, but after raising the lights everything is good in the hood. I did bump mine to a 20/4 for a bit, but I doubt it makes much difference.

Good luck, and I'm subbing in for what looks like a potentially nice grow!

Heat exhaustion maybe ? hehe If you can cool the plants with a fan then you could lower the light or do a cooltube.
Looks good.

Alright well i got it holding steady with the lights off @ 76degrees....will take some shots in the morning when the light goes back on. Hopefully they look better took a peak earlier and they were still droopy.

So heres the update fellas...the ladies are no longer droopy...everything seems to have recovered fine...however i am noticing one of the Hindu kush plants are starting to get an orangy colour towards the edges of the leafs...not quite sure if thats a nute deficiency as i have been giving them nutes every 2 waterings.

Note: the plant is no longer droopy i tucked the large fan leaves under another branch to allow light to penetrate the entire plant better...does anybody think this was a good move or should i just have left it alone??

Does anybody reccomend trimming some of those large fan leaves off to allow more light to hit that plant??
