Hey Gravy Legs, Your setup looks very nice. The wiring looks good and I think your temps will be just fine. You will also be very surprised when you add the larger bulbs, the temps probably won't go up very much, if at all. Any temp under 85 is good in my book.
Only thing I see that may be of interest to change on your setup, would be those intakes. I had to make the middle intake an inch bigger on mine. The fan sounded much smoother and it felt like it was moving more air after I added the 3" fitting.
Otherwise, BRAVO!!! You will be very happy come harvest time.
And if all your plants turn out all female, who cares. Just use smaller pots, and grow a bunch of fat colas. You could use 1 liter or even half liter pots and do a SOG. Probably could fit a dozen single cola plants or more in that box.

I just took a little bit of everything and put it all together w/ a few tweeks here and there.
FYI: I think it would be much easier to do a SOG, rather than a Scrog. Easier to finish with our setups. Really a SOG is just like any other grow, except smaller pots and more plants. The idea it to try and grow a single cola on each plant. so no lst, cropping, screens, or any other way of growing multiple tops.

those wernt pistals but they are just little parts of the plant. i dont kno how else to put it. its more like a pre leaf then anything. if it were showing sex already it wiuld be one of 2 things little sacs that look like balls or a small growth with 1 or 2 clear hair looking things sticking out. gl

And, even for a small sog, a transplant is allways wellcome...
Maximize it! If you have the space NEVER leave them in a 1 Liter container!

Is there a reason why you didn't build a plexiglass barrier into the top of your tub?
It would drop your temps considerably while allowing you to put your plants as close to the CFLs as possible.
Your plants all look okay, even the one with splotching on it. I'm sure someone can help you determine what the underlying issue is...
As for a simple 150w HPS setup, check the links in my signature. The Panopticab was orginally built for 6x42w CFLs, and after it's first run, I upgraded it to 150w HPS with very little trouble. Plus, wiring isn't as difficult as everyone makes it out to be... Sugabear did a wonderful write-up on remote ballasting a 150w HPS security light with crystal clear directions and photos.

I found my plexi at the local Lowe's near the glass cutter in the doors and window section. Most mega-home remodeling stores have a similar section that you should check... My sheet was around 18" x 20" and cost roughly $8 USD.
Also, you can cut plexi with a utility knife and a ruler. Just draw out our measurements, lay down the ruler, and let the blade follow it. You'll have to make 10-12 passes with the utility knife to get a deep score. At that point, grab some pliers, and bend the plexi along the score to snap it loose...
You should rethink your air circulation anyways, seeing how your temps are almost in the 90's. Now would be a good time to knock a hole in both of the shorter sides of your top rubbermaid. All you need is a PC fan and you have an air cooled lighting system that'll rock you all the way till harvest...

Where did you find these lights? I haven't seen 6500K at this large a wattage before. These spiral cfl's are great for vegging in a small space....you should get some nice tight nodes.
