I love this grow Shortstackz.

Question about your rock wool cubes, not sure if its been asked.
No slabs underneath? Uni slabs? Just the blocks? I dig it regardless.

^No nothing underneath. Just the blocks although the plants would't mind something extra since the roots are bursting out the bottom. I have thought about putting a thin layer of maybe coco mat under or those bud mats they sell on bghydro.

Some bad news. Found 2 with bud rot setting in. Had to do a a quick chop of em. Good news is wasn't too bad & the rest seem fine.

That tent is epic man. I've been trying to fill my 4x4 like that for a while now. How did you get such a uniform bunch?

That's a bummer you got bud mold in those Hashberry plants. I ran into that with one Hashberry female that had a massive cola. Other than that, the rest of the buds were fine.

Yuno, I just try to cut all the clones about the same length. Half of the table is actually about 4 inches taller & bigger than the other side because some of them just grew faster when still in there 1.5" clone cubes while waiting to getting transplanted.

FunkBomb, ya it sucks but was till able to save at least 80% of the plant & as long as no more surprises I'll be a happy. Only a couple more days, man am I anxious.

I try doing this and end up looking SOG like, where one side stretches faster than the other. I really like that uniform look. That tent is looking great. Good luck with the rest of the harvest.

well decided to harvest 1 day earlier so I can tend to the kids on the weekend. In the process found one more with some bud rot but it was the only one. Anyways heres the pics.

about 4-5 hours & a couple beers later, half done. Oh ya, found a lil runt in there.

And after a total 9-10 hours its done. Couldn't get a full shot of them all hanging but to give you an idea this is about 40% of whats hanging.

Those are some nice lookin' fatties.

Damn budrot.. really gets me frustrated at harvest time as I often find a few myself with the rot.


Lowes Strong Box..love it, cannot believe these things are so cheap. I grab a few each times I'd at HD or LOWES (forget which but one is significantly cheaper then the other). I always know there was a grower in the recent midst when they are completely sold out!!

FlowerFarmer, ya bud rot is sneaky. Usually when I notice it its already taken a couple chunks inside like cancer. & these boxes well worth the price, many uses for them.
