Hey Relentless. I didnt run a SoG on the 1200w grow I vegged them for a LONG time they were very slow veggers as I ran into a couple of problems. About 2 feet tall.

12 plants.

I would not replace the 400 with a 600, and I would run the 600+400 in the 4.6x4.6, and if its a MH 400 even better.

i am interested to see if the lack of stretch (if you think it should be doing it) could be from the pinching and bending in the veg stage.

and how many days into flower??

I think the lack of stretch is simply the strain. They defiently stretched, and still seem to be doing so, just nothing like I have experienced with my OG Kush which stretches nearly 200%.

I believe they are on day 12 of flower

why wouldnt u replace the 400 with the 600? i have a 400mh and a 400hps.. i was gonna toss the 400hps for another 600hps.. right now ive got like 48 watts per sqft.. with the two 600s i would have like 58

Because duel spectrum > both HPS in flower.

The way I see it is 2x600 is gonna for a 3x6, not a 5x5. The way they reflect light is square.

If I were you, I would get rid of the 400w HPS and replace it with a 1000, if I had a 4.6x4.6 tent.

That way the 1000w HPS will cover the big 4x4 square, while the 400w MH gives it supplemental lighting and gives it a good mixture of MH/HPS (which is actually the best for flower).

That is if you dont have troubles keeping things cool.

Its not all about watts per sq feet if the reflection off the hood isnt covering certain areas of the tent.

i dont have any trouble keeping the tent cool. but i would think 1 600 and 1 400 would be better than a single 1k.. no?

I was tossing around the idea of either adding a 600 to my other 600 to replace the 400, or putting the 600 and 400 back in my old tent, 3.2x3.2, that would be like 98 watts per sqft.

thanks for the advice.
how do u like the chronic strain? i was thinking about purchasing it

Ya 1000w hps + 400w mh = full tent of mixed spectrum lighting. Just a suggestion.

and if you have 3.2 and 3.2 tent I would stick JUST the 600w in there. no need for both 400 and 600.

The Chronic is awesome. I heard it takes lots of time finding the good phenotype. I would suggest AK47 from the same breeder.

thanks man. i was lookin into ak too!
i ran the 600 in the 3x3 and got 13 zones with no training.. but i was lookin to up the yield some. hence the reason for the 400, or another 600.. hmm

Lights on. Plus a picture of a major issue going on with (1) of my plants. Maybe a couple more are starting to do it. The veins seem to start to brown/rust first, then it dries up the leaves like pictured..

That's strange. Ive only fed a couple of times but maybe I'll give her water twice in a row.

hmm. that does sound weird..
I would wait for someone elses comment..
I saw the same thing on two of my plants, and this was about 2weeks after a flush..so that doesnt really make sense to me either.

No comment on the left issue but overall they are looking healthy. Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I've been watching all along and i love this grow. you and i both share the same Enthusiasm. I pull all my pots out one by one to make sure they are all feed/watered well and to get a good look at each one. More love + more grow.

Nice job man. Rep.

I think my problem came from lack of cal-mag.

I've been using R.O so I switched to tap. Our water here is very hard and I read somewhere MJ loves hard-tap-water.

Ok, first picture is a picture of the canopy after watering tonight.

2nd picture is of one of my bitches, close up. You can see the resin production pouring in if you look closely.

3rd picture is a picture of the side of (2) plants, so you know what all those "canopy" shots got under-neath them.

Thanks & peace. :abduct:
